You know Rosemary.. Unfortunately these days the poor girls are just tooo rushed to keep up with the womens libber race that society has made these poor girls enmeshed in. I feel so sorry for your daughter. She cant enjoy the joy of being a woman who is doing things for her family. Probly becoz unfortunately she has to provide for herself and maybe her family. Is she a single girl with a family? Your daughter can't get out of the lifestyle coz she has be life the proverbial gerbil in the rolling cage.. Girls don't realise what a huge price they pay for being a woman of today!! Love them and my heart goes out to them. Sandra is such a beautiful person..I'm in awe of her

For a short while I didn't think I was going to be here for 2022. My hereditary disease acted up and I went into the hospital septic. Thanks to my doctor, antibiotics, and a 3rd amputation; I made it. It really puts things into perspective. I started this year thankful for every little thing I had and could do. Took up a few old hobbies and started learning a few new things. Your message was right on track. Thanks for the insight and here's to wishing you the best birthday you've ever had!!!

Beverly, that is the best news ever! I’m so happy you survived sepsis. I had a very good friend that developed that several months ago and he was on antibiotics for months. He just now got off of them. Continued good health to you. Get those hobbies going

@@lifewithsandrahart Those antibiotics do a number. Hair turned to hay. Cut half of it. Nails dried out and split. No more long nails. Skin turned to parchment. Lots of moisturizer. But I'm alive and thankful for family and new year. Every day is a new opportunity to grow. I don't plan to go anywhere soon!! Thanks for all the well wishes. Means a lot.

Sandra, I lost my beloved Mom when I was only 22 and she was 47. As I traveled through life, getting married, having 3 children, I was ok but there has always been a void. I never had an older, wiser woman to tell me what she learned...bits of knowledge to pass on to me. Now that I've discovered you, that lifelong void is being filled in a lovely way. It's wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts on so many different topics. I'm 65 now and still have so much to learn. Sandra 🧡 I am so happy for you! A hundred thousand! I only hope one day I can touch as many people as you do. I love this message. Life is a journey and I tell my children ( adults now) that we are spiritual beings having a human experience. We need to give back to get. My greatest joy is helping others and helping them to find inner peace and joy and confidence. If I’m honest it brings me more joy then I think it gives the other person. I am excited to be 74 in February...but I certainly don't look as healthy as you. You are such an encourage. So today am making a decision to be healthy the time I have left. I love reading, music, writing, drawing...and many other things. Since a while back I decided to change some thing's. But it's never too late to make changes and do things differently. It makes life interesting and adventurous. My grand children always come in to talk to me...to pick my bring. So I will keep on climbing. Thank you again for your encouragement. thank you sandra I will remember this. I have had to uproot and am making the transition to a new climate and new living situation. Bringing value to each day is a key tool I can use. Looking ahead and not back is also a key. Those of us over 80 need to use these concepts to age beautifully.

Sandra, you are wonderful! You manage to encourage me every time I watch your videos; even the ones that chronicle your personal experiences. My brother is 83 and his partner of many years passed away a few years ago after a long illness. I was so stressed out and worried for him but he has done a great job of moving forward. He has his days when loneliness creeps in (particularly since 2020) but he still has his sense of humor which is wonderful. Wishing you a very Happy & Healthy New Year!

I just had my 83rd birthday December 30, 2021. I’ve still got things I want todo. I’ve learned one thing, don’t rush through life, stop and look at the creation around you. Really take time to see people and really listen to them. Bringing value to each day is the key. In whatever state, be content.

If we give up, as we age, our immune systems will go down. Keep on trucking. Life is like a puzzle. We must solve problems, as we go along.My mother was British. She passed away at 96. She grew up in London, and was an air raid warden there, when Germany bombed that great city. She had a positive outlook on life, and outlived my father, almost 40 years. He passed away in 1977. My mother lived all alone , on 36th and Park Avenue, in NY, til she passed away, in 2014. She was 96. My 2 sisters, myself,and my brother, grew up in Cos Cob, CT. My father came from Illinois. I have the same kind of independent spirit as my mother. Happy birthday, and many more.

Happy Birthday!!! Wow...never guessed you were 83. I'll be 74 next week & went back to work last week as a Walmart cashier so that I can pay for car repairs & credit card debt. I'm happy that I can spread a little sunshine to my co-workers & customers who really seem to like me.

Happy New Year dearest Sandra and Happy soon to be 83rd birthday!!! Oh, I'm so happy that you're celebrating another birthday, my heart is so overjoyed and thank you for your beautiful message. Today here, it is just raining and cloudy and gloomy and raining but I feel so happy to have woken up and not to my unusual gorgeous sunrise but to this rainy day. I give thanks that this rain is healing our environment, our trees are getting water, our reservoirs are filling up and I toast this with my ☕ that it reverse our drought situation and we have a season of no wildfires!! Oh how wonderful would that be! So my biggest contribution today is to give good thoughts out to nature, that it may be a season of healing in 2022.🙏🌧️☕👏🤗 And my personal contribution is simply to be in the moment, listen to the beat of my precious heart, give homage to it, get on my bike for 15 minutes to show my heart how much I love it, allow myself a time of rest and a prayer that our world, that everyday that we wake up, things will be a little better, that we move forward with grace and love for one another, for our animals and nature.🙏❤️🤗Happy New Year dearest Sandra, despite the unknown, I so looking forward to what is yet to come and it's all GOOD!!!

There is no words that would describe how thankfull I am for your channel. You lite a spark in me everytime I hear your voice and your wisdom. I'm in really hard times right now, I have isolated myself from everything,my friends,my family, left an abusive partner relationship, move in total new place, started a new job... I started questioning who I really am and what is my path. I'm in solitude but I finally trully have met myself. Its so hard when you start a new chapter and everything and everyone is trying to pull you back to previous path. We also have schizophrenia in our family and not just one person. Its so hard. You make my days so much better with you videos. Thank you with all my heart. ❤️
