As a small child I remember watching my Aunt wring a chicken's neck and asked my Mom "what's she doing"? I didn't hesitate one bit when that bird got fried up and put on the table though..................lol. Don't know why I remembered that neck wringing, not one chicken in your video..............lol My uncles never let us around their hogs. All of Daddy's sisters raised all of their own pork, beef, chicken, layer hens, and all had smoke houses. Ham's hanging from the barn rafters..............don't think I've ever eaten goat until I went to the Grand Cayman's, ha!

The goat the kids were petting and your granddaughter called Dalmatian is a LaMancha goat. The tiny or lack of ears is normal for this breed. They look so funny when you're used to long floppy ears, lol
