Mid range dip is true. ECU violates the warranty is absolutely not true, that completely depends on the dealership you want to work with. You can ask them flat out and they’ll tell you yes or no. I just lost a quick shifter bolt that ultimately led me to lose my entire quick shifter all cause I didn’t tighten the nut. Came in the dealership last week and they ordered me a new one. Could have easily said it was my fault and no way to prove it. BMW warranty’s are great, they take care of the customers that take care of their bikes.
