Hello John, it's great to see someone aware not only of colours but also of textures (a crucial aspect) in interior design. A pity your landlord doesn't alllow anything on the wall but you've surmounted that problem by propping your paintings against the wall. You've created a cosy, tasteful little nest for yourself. May I add that as a bloke, you are remarkably neat! Bravo!
the beige and earth tone really gives a warm homey vibe. for appliances, i'd highly recommend a steamer-electric oven-microwave three-in-one machine that comes in handy daily.
Thanks for the link to this, John. It looks a lot newer than your previous apartment, and I also like the warm tone. I also like the recessed lighting that gives a modern touch. You still have couple extra rooms. For one person, this looks perfect to me. I don't know where else in the world to find such a nice place for so little money.:)

There are no English sites that I know of but there are some Chinese ones you can check out. Just use chrome to look and there is a browser extension that will translate the page for you. Check out 58.com and check out lianjia.com those are the ones I use
