My new daily car - Is it worth it? (Fiesta ST-Line MK8)

I have the titanium mhev and it does everything perfect, although part of me wishes I got the st-line instead for the looks

I must say, your presenting is brilliant, great video. I've had my 1.5 TDCI Mk8 for exactly 1 year now and i must say i get about 450 miles to a full tank (£50) or so compared to your 350 miles or so. Not as much difference as id have thought between the petrol and diesel. I installed the cruise control into mine which was easily done.

Funny just bought the same car. 2019 1.0 100hp with around 40000 miles. and looking to get it chipped to 140hp. i always liked the ST-lines. The trend titatium and vignale are ok but the styling is just too tame. the ST-line with its bigger rims, sport body kit and LED all around just looks just right if you get what i mean. And when u like driving this car is definetly best is its class as most fords hatchbacks have always been the better cars when it comes to driving enjoyement.

I have a MK8.5 ST Line (Vignale Spec) which is basically an ST-Line X but fully loaded (no Vignale badging). Visually it looks like an ST-Line X, full LED dash, LED trick auto dimming headlights, 18” alloys, disc brake all round, the B&O sound system, all round sensors, rear camera, heated seats and steering wheel, climate, adaptive speed control, etc etc. it’s the 155PS MHev engine and in sport mode it’s a bit of a hooligan and that small electric motor does help out in the low revs. The ‘wet belt’ issue has been sorted (I believe) on the MK8.5 (just a better belt) but who knows. I’m getting 50+ mpg which is so good for its performance. The only thing I wish I had was the glass roof and why is there no folding wing mirrors/sunglasses holder in the roof console, mad!? Anyhow, great video 👍
