Lovely space. I really love the wood accents (staircase and wood beams). Teal is my favorite color and looks great in your space. And I have always wanted a place with a high ceiling - so nice you can look out over your living room from the bedroom. I can tell from your videos that you really love Oscar - he has a special spirit and is so calm and loveable.

Thank you for inviting us on a tour of your new home. I love it! It has a lot of windows and sunshine. How nice that you have a patio in the back and an enclosed one in front. Moving takes a lot out of you-at least it did me when I moved. It looks like Oscar might be tired from the move! I love your new sofa-it appears the color is teal on my monitor. It is fabulous with the rug. Love your walk in shower in the upstairs bath. You seem so relaxed in this new place. Everything looks wonderful and you will have fun making if your own. Enjoy!

My brother and his family live in Tallai and I used to visit every 18 months-2 years for 3 months, but Covid-19 interrupted my plans to visit last Christmas. I miss them all so much. I love your new place! It’s beautiful!!! Thank you for sharing something so private with us! I truly enjoy your channel and the French perspective is wonderful. My father was French and he is gone now, but somehow he feels closer when I see you and hear your wonderful accent. Also he had a lot of family that immigrated to Australia after WWII. The best part of this video is your big smile. Congratulations 🎆 on your new home. Love, love your new couch. I bought a new home at the end of 2019 and had some light remodeling done. I moved completely into the house in mid-June 2020. It is on the coast of Maine, USA. I am a cold weather ❄️ person. The house was originally built in 1844. It is fun and quirky, but I love it. I can already see that you are relaxing in your new environment. It shows! Enjoy!!!!!!!

You are a delight to watch and listen to. I am a minimalist as well. Less is more. I feel more free and not bogged down when I have less stuff. I love your simple place. You have made it your own. It's very cozy and nice.

Love your new home and jealous of the warm weather you are enjoying. Here in NY still feels like Winter! Film more of your townhouse once you are settled in. Great sense of decorating style. Now I want to order that couch too!!
