Atrioc, not sure if you reply to this comment section but here I go. I almost just got let go from my job because of "my performance" when they cut me down to 25 hours (from 50) to save some money and I was THE WHOLE Marketing team. (Video Editing, Graphic Design, SMM, Athlete Management, Photographer, EVEN DJ at one point, etc.) I talked to my mentor and he said that it's a bad business and not my fault, but I'm young and don't want to make a mistake like this again. Any advice? Thanks!! :)

@@thecluckster3908 ya, i mean I was getting paid exactly what I asked for which was nice at first. Then I got cut down to 25 hours (which ofc also cut the total pay in half) and they expected almost the same output and THAT is when it became rough. They almost let me go but back tracked it when I explained why I wasn't performing as highly as when I was full time. And now they're taking forever to pay my invoices, over 2 months late now.

The point about upside is why serving/bartending is the only “minimum wage” job that is actually satisfying. If it’s slammed, you actually get paid accordingly usually.
The corporate bureaucracy around launches is crazy. Work at a top health company in the UK and this year have grown my category +49%. For next years plans everything i am proposing is scrutinized so heavily with every director wanting input. Had have 30+ hours of meeting with changes being RSP back and forth because of who is in the meeting.
