Freeze your bread because you can stick a frozen slice of bread in the toaster and it defrosts and toasts in one, no problems and it says fresh even longer
My family started doing this during quarenteen and it changed our game 😂 now we buy like 4 baguettes at a time and freeze the ones we don’t eat immediately 🙃
Bc they all go for really expensive ones with heaps of amenities they don’t need but think they need because everyone else does it 😂 this one is so nice

I think this was a great decision! People are always scared to go with their gut when it’s not what they originally planned but being impulsive isn’t a bad thing as long as you do what makes you feel happy and at home. This flat is STUNNING I can only dream of living somewhere like this deffo Parisian vibes!!!

I’m not gonna lie I feel for Olivia a bit! I don’t think she owes us an explanation to why she decided to stay in London. It’s her life and she can do whatever she wants without having to explain why she makes certain choices! Regardless of whether she moved to Ireland or stayed in London I don’t think it makes a difference to any of our lives. Olivia! You do you!!

I reckon bed against the opposite wall to where it is now, and then the mirror in a corner opposite the bed and the door kinda, BUT completely up to personal taste and it still looks great as it is too

If you put your bread in the freezer and just take a slice out each time u need one and put it straight into the toaster, it tastes equally as good but keeps for way longer, lol try it xoxo

I always put my loafs in the fridge immediately after I buy them and unfreeze and toast them whenever I want to eat bread it's the best way to keep your bread when you live alone!!

FYI, Olivia, to open your glass door to your lounge, look in the closing edge of the closed door and there should be two locking tabs that flip over and unlock the door at the top and bottom edges. Fantastic flat, excellent find!
switch your bed and mirror.. it's bad feng shui to have the door of your room beside your bed/to walk straight into your bed. And, not that you need a stranger's validation, but your decision makes a lot of sense to me. It's great you have such supportive parents. Plus the apartment is gorgeous!

Honestly Olivia I felt the exact same way about London! Back in 2018/19 when I was doing my foundation year I had a really hard time mentally and just associated London with my unhappiness. I was trying to apply outside of London until I came out of that fixation and decided to give another area in London a go and now I have so many amazing friends that I get on with and relate to! So I'm so glad that you have figured it out for yourself and hope life keeps getting more and more exciting for you!!! X
