Very sweet ultimate gift. I found a pair of pliers in a burn pile, knipex cobra I think. Im able to use them and now want the set.

Hi James, so glad to see you were blessed with those sweet wire cutters! I am just getting into scrapping thx to your videos. But often im struggling to determine brass from aluminium. Like you say i file it and almost everything i think is brass when i file it it seems to shine like aluminium. I dont know if you could help me out. Maybe zoom in so i can see what your looking for when you file brass...
