You're lucky! I feel your energy in this video too. I'm super duper late to the Nirvana party, but I'm having a great time. Probably a dumb question, if you could keep only one Nirvana guitar, which would it be and why? (I think we already know the answer to that. ;) ) But to reframe it, which Kurt Cobain guitar would be the one you recommend for someone with very limited space and budget in Japan?
@@jimiblackrose I could also go the other way and get a Japan exclusive since I’m here. I think that’s something Kurt would do. That video of Nirvana interviewing with Shonen Knife and playing with that toy monkey was so endearing.
🙂 Hi Interesujący i ciekawy filmik.Fajnie opowiadasz o zespole Nirvana.Super rzeczy pokazujesz należące do tego zespołu.Ja również jestem fanka zespołu Nirvana. Magda in Poland👍🏻✌️🤞🏻👏🏻🫠🇵🇱
@@jimiblackrose I say that because I don’t see Kurt signed much beyond his first name. Usually his legit autographs only say Kurt. And Dave’s is a bit different but he could have changed his over the years
Yes it is legit. The ESP LTD’s came out in general public release’95 - ‘96 but pre-releases were given to big name artists ‘93 - ‘94, just like Kurt’s Jag-Stang didn’t come out publicly for general release until some years later. All band members signed sigs in different ways at different times which is well documented. Understand the skepticism. My collection comes from music biz insiders - producers, engineers, session musicians, roadies etc. who had direct access to the band and signed instruments which weren’t worth much when Kurt was alive and collecting wasn’t as big back then either. Thanks for your interest !
@@OhMeOhMyntzich Of course I am sir. That’s how I know facts. And even if it’s true that a neck was later replaced, that has nothing to do with the authenticity of the body and the signatures on the body.
@@OhMeOhMyntzich Glad you hope you’re wrong. Cause this time you are. You can simply google in wiki ESP LTD Guitar and you’ll find out they were released to public earlier than ‘97. But pre-release models were, as always, given to big name artists to promote product ahead of public release. It’s always best to google things and check out wiki before publicizing that you think you’re right about something but you hope you’re wrong. Cause this time you are.
