There is a Place I'm pretty sure you have not been in Philippines. It's in Buruanga in the Visayas, opposite Boracay. It's more known to the locals rather than foreign tourist. We were there 2 months ago, stayed at Bel-is Cove Beach Resort and plan to go to another resort there in Jan 2025 called Tuburan Beach Resort. It's like boracay without the crowds. You guys will love it 😊🥰👍

For aging people coming from a country with winter season, I think Tagaytay City or Baguio City's weather is ideal for them, not too hot and not too cold. Mostly good weather year round.

Since traffic is ridiculous in Baguio City, what do you think of the quality of the air there? Gas exhausts all day! Wished it was a city that only run on electric vehicles and bicycles with lifts like Norway.

If you can't bear the inner Baguio City traffic, you can be at the outskirts. There is no traffic in there. Also, pollution is way below the dangerous level.

Lucy, I loved the remodel. I especially love the mirror. It will be perfect in my bath remodel. Koda is so big. He is a great talker. It was so cute watching him make his pizza. George age has nothing to do with how much sleep you need. Sleep is very personal. I like to work late at night and then I have to get up tp work in the am. Usually just 6-7 hours tops and I am good to go. I am also a bit older than you (5 tens older)! The gift for your parents was so thoughtful and lovely. They also have a very lovely yard.

The trick to remove the home made popsicle from the container at 3:55 is to dip the base in water for a few seconds to defrost, then slowly pull the popsicle. I'd often do that making popsicle out of smoothies during summer in tropical Philippines.

An interesting Lion King story, when my oldest boy was that age he was into Thomas the Tank Engine stories, often he would line the toys up like a rail turntable, around a bucket, on which he would stand and play the Fat Controller giving the toys their instructions 😊

I think you should go North next time. It would be a good cultural alternative to the usual beaches and island hopping. Although the ones you mentioned (Bohol, Siargao, Tagaytay) are also worth the trip!

Please take them to Bantayan Island your parents will love its beautiful beaches and not busy at all!. We go and get mind blowing beaches and sometimes all to ourself. Many hidden gems there and all the fun beautiful close day trip islands like Virgin island. From mactan Airport costs 1000 for flight as new flights now running there

There are some sand bars everwhere in Cebu, El Nido and Coron 1year is not enough to visit them so many private resorts

Definitely visit Baguio, Tagaytay on a clear weather in the weekdays, Batangas, Camiguin islands in Bicol Region where they shot the TV reality show Survivor series as set location from different countries, Ilocos Norte specifically Saud beach dubbed as boracay of the north.
