my mom died right before I turned 13 and I didnt go to her funreal because her family are really mean people and I could not handle talking to them Ive gelt guilty my whole life for not going to her funreal and when he said that his mother understands why he didnt go made me feel so much better

What a wonderful conversion story… am a convert myself ( got baptized 33 years ago ) and never had regrets about it ( it was the best thing that happened to me , next to being sealed to my sweetheart 30 years ago ! )

Every calling, is a precious opportunity given to us by the Lord, to further our growth in the gospel! These experiences bind us to the Lord 🙏🏻 in our heart, and our minds! We have had the most rewarding experiences through the holy ghost the Spirit, is so strong in the church, it's been an incredible journey being a member of the church, and I wouldn't change a thing! God loves each of us, and it's important to know that we're all very Special to the Lord! God is where the love is!

This is the kind of light and christlike love that radiates from people close to the Lord.. and I could not agree more with him how powerful it is to simply let the light shine, and be a living example and prayer, and those ready for the truth will more likely embrace truth by these gentle means.

Look up the guy from the channel “Hello, Saints” and see if you can set up an interview with him. I think it would be great to do an episode with him. I want to see if he is genuinely trying to understand the Church or if his purpose is to attempt to anti people.

Your mom saw the fruits were good! Hence joining the church. I cried! 28:44 This statement about miracles really resonated with me. I truly get what hes saying and believe that!

Thank you so much for sharing your story. Tears are streaming down my face as the Spirit testifies to me the truth of all you said. My husband joined the church as a teenager jokingly because i said i wouldn't date him, because i knew i was looking for a temple marriage and he couldn't take me there. Our first date was his first discussion. That was 40 yrs ago. His family disowned him when he did marry me in the temple. Our bishop promised us of we stayed with our plan , someday they would all join the church. His brother joined many years later and his mom 's heart has really softened to it. She wold take my children to the LDS church in her town when they spent the night at her house. She had a major strike so i believe she will be baptized in the next life. She told my husband if he joined he better take it seriously becasue her brothers joined for a girl and then left. I was so touched by the wisdom and spirit of your mom. I lost my mom a coup;e of weeks ago after a very long illness. I took care of her everyday for years. Im so grateful to know i will see her again,

There are, as you know, some channels that talk about peoples issues with the church. Things they were told by mission presidents or Bishops but when I watch them, because I pride myself is in fairness and openness. But there is no spirit accompanying those recollections. Need to be careful with your Patriarchal Blessings because it’s sacred & the Lord can take it away. I was dating this girl & I thought if I read my blessing to her she could tell her mother how special I am to let us get married. I did pray to know if I should read it to my girl friend & I didn’t get an answer because I was hoping it would be yes. I took it to her but she didn’t want to hear it & I’m glad I didn’t because it would of hurt her. She hurt me many of times & I needed some answers in my Blessing. I knew where it was & it wasn’t there. I put it with some other papers & I went through those papers three times. The fourth time I examined every paper & shook everyone at a time to make sure nothing was stuck together. I was getting bitter & it should be here. I had a thought tell me I needed to get on my knees to pray. I got of my knees asking for forgiveness & to help me find my blessing. I went back to that pile of papers & when I picked up the top paper there it was in an envelope. That was a very humbling experience & I know the Lord took it away until I softened my heart. We can’t be bitter & we must prafully read them. I always pray before & after I study it because how sacred they are & it’s our own personal Liahona.
