Tommy I'm glad for you Bro, but things can change drastically if the other person isn't like you when it comes to Saving Money. I'm sure you two have had the talk about it not being about "You" but more so her, and having kids, but it can deplete your Finances. They'll want to buy things they do not need to fill a void of false Happiness, you'll say no, they'll get upset, they'll say it's your turn to watch the kids, you may be tired, but you'll it due to you feeling obligated. You're Retired, but now you have to come out of it, because your income may dwindle significantly. Stress is the biggest part of it all, due to the affect it will have on you Mentally, so be safe, because your Income can become victim to preditory behavior, and your Health can suffer greatly from the events that surrounds it. I've been through it, and I know you need your own experiences, I'm just giving advice, as you are an individual I've watched blossom, and evolve, into something ineffable Bro.
