I would rather keep Gakpo than buy Xavi Simons tbh. Or get Xavi instead of Openda, with the ability to play Xavi or Gakpo as false 9 and a different option than Nunez.

Gakpo has been misplayed, but he has been incredible the games he’s been on. Gakpo is one of the few players who do the work off the ball. He’s also quick and strong. I’m certain he’d shine if he got a good run of consecutive games. All of you will know what I mean if you’ve watched the Euros.

Personally, I feel we should only sign a left-footed CB if that is what Slot really needs to improve our defense....but I feel he can cook with the players already at hand with the inclusion of a left-footed CB I genuinely believe players like Bajcetic, Gravenberch, Gakpo, Quansah, and Dom will absolutely exceed under Slot. It was a shame that Stefan was injured the whole season, but I do believe that with the backing of the team, he will excel immensely for us. we have enough midfielders and players upfront that are versatile enough to take us to higher stages...Slot is a very smart coach and he will do what's best for the team

LB: Hincapie - cash plus Van Den Berg would be a good opening offer for him. Excellent defender & good in the build up play he would be my 1st choice to rotate & compete with Robertson. LCB: Hancko, Califori or Inacio all brilliant options. DM: Ederson, Varela, Zubimendi or even Manu Koné. All brilliant tackles & good at progressing the ball further up the pitch

I'd sell Salah for some big numbers. Get Xavi Simons instead. Also Calafiori would be an insane transfer for us as he has the ability to play CDM too (besides LB and CB). Diaz is getting some hate and I don't understand why, he was our best player for at least half a season. Gakpo was really solid as a LW and I believe that his prime period is just about to come, he just needs a little more game time.

The only reason calafiori's deal to juve is on a verge of collapsing is because bologna want to sell to the highest bider, his former club is receiving 60% as a sell on fee, meaning bologna will only get 40% so if they're wise they wouldn't accept any low amount because he really is influential to the backline As for me I would like kerkez, Hincapie, koopmeiners/ Zubimendi, kudus/ Openda

I honestly would be totally fine with no signings , that said I’d love a versatile left sided center back like calafiori,inacio, or pacho, but that’s pretty much it, I really wanna see what Arne can do with what we have , we so many midfielders I think we’ll be fine there , and Harvey szobo kaide Gordon Ben doak and others could cover for salah if god forbid he gets injured

I cant see gakpo leaving the club. Slot might use him as lw as proven in the euro tournament he can play there when diaz needs rest or diaz move to the right when salah needs rest or afcon.

Colwill, ugarte and Nico Williams We need to improve English numbers in squad so I would go for him over califori Neves is more of an 8, he’s too good on the ball to be restricted at 6. Ugarte would be exceptional in a double pivot with McAllister. Nico Williams is 2 footed so I would bring him in with the long term aim of replacing Salah

If the club were to receive a £200m offer for Salah from some Saudi Arabian team, it should be considered very seriously. It could be like how Coutinho’s departure funded the arrival of Alisson and Virgil.
