I like your plan! I reorganized my goals to follow your thought process, I need to focus on my one offer vs. trying to do all 3 at once. Was kinda testing out the market though to see what would work. 1-on-1 coaching did okay, but I think I'm going to focus on my 6-week cohort-based course this year. I'm an elementary school teacher so I like that group coaching environment and the project-based learning approach vs. purely self-paced. Adds more community, guidance, and accountability. Although I really want to upgrade to Uplevel because I still love self-paced courses, still haven't hit my $ goals yet so hopefully, I can get in there before the price jump! PS. Can we still give out referrals for Accelerator? I'm a CA student, couldn't find a link though

I think its a good plan! A few comments: - RU-vid ads is WAY more competitive, and has vastly higher CPMs, compared to 2 years ago. The biggest influencer bizopp funnel on ytads loses money the first 2-3months for instance. - Same with fb ads, but moreso due to decreasing supply with equal demand I believe. - RU-vid organic is fantastic, and the long-tail truly is there in a big way. Market behaviors are shifting in nuanced but very significant ways, due to what I believe has been a complete saturation of content over the last two years. I personally focus on quality over quantity now. Building communitys is a big opportunity I've been looking into; discord and telegram groups can be very powerful and something im looking into - RU-vid organic + ads funnel is a 1+1=3 equation
Have to take this moment to brag that in a job interview I had with Sam 3 years ago I said I thought RU-vid organic was the main focus area for generating a broader and longer term audience and traffic source. You've pivoted once or twice since that time (as is natural). But I had to say I called it haha. I never heard back after that interview. Whether it was for that reason or others I don't know. He was probably correct in not selecting me anyways but I just had to bring this up ;D. Good to see ya making content again Sam.

Hey Sam, I got the Accelerator course before it was discontinued, glad I did. Great Stuff ! I love the plan. I'm going to put my plan together tonight. It's so important to have a blueprint when your building something, yet I always forget to do it.LoL.
One of the best courses I ever took Liked it so much I bought it "twice"... i.e., went in on it with a business partner... but then I wanted my own personal copy, so I bought it again on his big sale right before they discontinued it forever. I was one of the people who got the last 800 Accelerator "boxes"

The Big Picture concept is great! However, I prefer a Life Plan for the year, that includes a Business Plan for the year. There are personal goals for the year that need to be in alignment with the business goals. Plus, even though I believe RU-vid is a greater social media on the long term, comparing your Instagram, Facebook and RU-vid performances in the last two years is not fair, since you have deleted all your content on IG and FB, but let RU-vid running (only not adding more content). Maybe you would have got some clients from IG and FB in the last two years, if you had not deleted the content there. We will never know...
Love the simplicity how Sam is breaking it totally down into easy to understand chunks and also seeing that you do not need any sophisticated strategy. However, it seems like Sam is not delivering on his strategy. Did he said 1 vid a week or 1 vid a month? Think it was per week, wasn’t it?
@Sam, how do you split those yearly goals into quarterly goals (as you told in „shiny object syndrome“ video)? Linear rising? Focus on every goal on every quarter always or divide them?
You'll watch an entire Netflix show even when the first episodes are slow and boring just because someone told you "it gets better." *But what if you looked at your goals like that and watched your life get better instead?*
My girlfriend and I are at the Metro center mall in Phoenix Arizona, we're at a Christmas store with all kinds of crafts. They have a large Zebra like you have behind you, and they have a baby one too. My girlfriend is looking all over this thing for a price tag, I tell her it's under the tail. As she lifts it I laugh super loud, and she thinks everyone in the place has seen her.
My biggest question there is how you make a product that is valuable enough to charge 30k - that isn't in the make money niche? (As it's much harder to communicate the ROI then probably)

As smart as Sam is I've never heard him say anything that has earned me a single dollar. The day Sam tells me how to do something that actually earns me money is the day I buy his program. If he can tell me how to earn 10 k a year I'll start taking his program seriously.
