I am 30 weeks here and will continue doing this workout until the day I deliver…well when I have the energy to do it that is 😂 I have done barre throughout all my pregnancies and it’s one my favorite classes to take. It really digs deep into every muscle and doesn’t involve jumping. I love how each move combines working multiple muscles group together. The only thing I find myself modifying is the ab work. Everything else I am able to do with the rest of the class. I truly believe this form of exercise has helped me throughout my labors! What are some of your favorite workouts to do while pregnant?

Oooh I am pregnant with baby number 3. I will try this ! I usually just go walking or swim. But this workout you are doing seems to target important muscle groups to help prepare for delivery and postpartum! Cheers to healthy pregnancy/delivery and baby! ❤
How many kids you’re having and when your husband watches them is NO one else’s business. You’re taking care of them, kids are a blessing, and you both are being fruitful with your resources. God bless the fruit of your womb!! I love seeing big families.
I honestly envy your energy and joy for life. I only have one child and am pooped. But i also have pretty bad anxiety and depression so its a battle. You're an amazing mom and wife!

I always have to check the dates when Chrissy’s shorts pop up….just to make sure which pregnancy she is on 😂😂 I think every video title regarding her pregnancy should have a prefix *_“Baby Horton #6 - Week _____”_* Just so we’re all on the same page! 😂😂 Chrissy, you should make a video calculating from the date of conception from your first until the date of birth of your 6th (or to that day’s date, however pregnant you are) how long you’ve been pregnant vs not pregnant!
Have you had any issues with your pelvic floor after 6 births? I have after ONE.. smh. Very upsetting. It was a long hard labor (I stayed VERY active in my pregnancy, drank red raspberry leaf tea, ate dates, all the things)but for some reason still didn’t end well on my end. I want at least one more baby but will now have to navigate prolapse. ❤

Is it good for core strengthening? I’ve got a herniated disc after my fourth baby. I’m working with my PT to just get mobility back, but once this pain subsides, is barre good for core regeneration?
Finally a workout during pregnancy that doesnt actively harm the baby or woman. Ive seen so many videos where they do extremely demanding work outs and say its "fine" even though theres plenty of studies that show its not. It literally puts the woman at risk of miscarriage...
Outdated mindset. Dancing is not going to hurt the baby, are you insane? How many millenia did humans procreate and survive in crazy conditions? Humans would have gone extinct a long time ago if moderate physical activity was dangerous for pregnancy. And please, cite these "studies." I would LOVE to see them. I guarantee laziness is a way bigger problem than exercise.
