Beautiful coloured vinyls

You should definitely purchase inner record sleeves. The cheap, damaging paper ones that come with alot of records are bad for scratches and static build up.

You might want to buy outer and inner sleeves to protect your records. I know I have spent a lot on my records too so for me it is a must lol great vid

8:50 If they don't print the sides (A/B/C/D) on the label, have a close look at the area near the label (the "deadwax" area that's between the lead-out groove and the label: there should be some information scratched* in there, including the sides. No more guessing needed. ** it looks, like it's scratched onto the vinyl, in realty (as far as I know) it has been scratched into the master disk and therefore was transferred to the vinyl in the pressing process.

Hi nice collection , nice turntable . Is that your receiver / amplifier sitting under your turntable ? If you play the music loud for an extented period of time you might want to relocate your turntable . Receivers get hot and the vents on top need to be kept clear . You need to keep about a 2 inch space on top of the receiver so air can move around . You should be fine though if your not cranking it up all the time . Just put you hand on top of the receiver and see if it is hot .

Hi Gwen, as a lifelong vinyl collector, I would really recommend you keep your albums in plastic sleeves. They will protect your albums & they are not too expensive. Totally worth it. Also, avoid grabbing the sides so oil from your hands doesn't get on the vinyl.

Find a record store in your area and buy some vintage albums so you can enjoy the analog sound...lots of excellent stuff out there."New" vinyl is digital and not the same in sound. Nice collection tho'!

Why didn’t you show your new purchases from after the last collection video,it seems to be pretty much kind a repeat of the last one,the video would then be even shorter.

Don't touch the records and the covers with the fingers in that way, Put the discs on appropriately storage way.

finally... a girl with a proper turntable and not some crosley bullshit. there's hope for the future. i guess the blue pattern in that fallout boy album is actually a photograph of a glacier, isn't it? plus: if the mastering is done right everything should sound better on vinyl as the technical mastering process for a vinyl record is different to what is done for a digital / cd release. and - make sure you don't end up like this... which is only a part of my record collection which has well exceeded the 5000+ and counting mark years ago. instagram.com/p/BHIc36xBef7/?taken-by=baze.djunkiii
