I've been having so many crazy changes in my life lately, and I feel like that's happening to everyone around me too. The changes have been both good and bad, but even the positive changes can be overwhelming on top of everything else. So I'm gonna be doing all this ASAP and have a calmer week next week, hope you do too
Thank you for this video! I was recently discharged from my first ever hospital admission (woohoo 😭) and I'm still not feeling 100% physically or mentally. Asia, first and foremost thank you for sharing this video. I have anxiety and sometimes it causes me to push people away and dwell in sadness. There is so much that I want before the year is up like; a new car, my first apt, dating, and so on and my anxiety sometimes is like "no it will never happen" I just have to remember it will get better and your apt is so inspiring because I want a clean look when I get my own also. I know this comment is super long but it is so hard sometimes lol just praying it gets better and I have to pray and manifest better.
Glad u covered points to clear anxiety bc a lot of us suffer from it but don’t want to admit it until we’re on medication n talking to a therapist and or a psychiatrist our generations have to learn to brake our family curses and learn to let it be ok to open up let go and be happy in ways no one will explain to us this video is well needed

I am trying to get over getting dumped by my ex boyfriend. everytime I go to work I make everything seem ok but when I come home I cry,cry and cry.
