Most vehicles aren't designed to really run low.They are designed so you leave some in the tank,in a bike with a 13.7L tank it pays to leave at least 2.7Liters minimum.What happens when you go below that you take the risk of sucking up sludge & electric fuel pumps are real sensitive & most brands need a full fuel pump replacement.Also running low can cause the fuel sender to bend & give false readings like when you go to fill tank you know it needs 8Liters but says it full after 5liters cause fuel sender bent & gives a false reading.Usually you can buy a new fuel sender or can bend it back. I've had fuel sender problem in my car & replaced sender & was able to fill tank right up instead of 3/4 of a tank. A friend ran HIS Interceptor down to 2Liters & fuel gauge didn't work since I knew about the fuel sender I told him to hold the front brake in & push up & down on forks then turn key on & it had shaken fuel sender loose from stuck position & worked again.HE said he wouldn't be running that low again.A us gallon is 3.7-4L if I remember so half is 1.6-2Liters which is low.It pays to leave 2.7-3L in tank at fill up to prevent blocked filters & fuel sender problems.The fuel light starts blinky you got about 3Liters of fuel left on Int & need to get gas immediately in the next 2miles to prevent blocked filters & fuel sender issues.I would start looking for fuel before it starts to blink on my bike it's about 210km so 125miles.You changed your bike to belt drive which increases tourqe buy 5Nm & fuel consumption so you'd be getting less to a tank maybe 100-105miles on 10.5Liters of fuel not to sure just treat tank as 10.7-10.9L max before fill up I'm sure you know how far 10.5Liters will get you.Great video how you used the drawings from the manual to explain things.
