Jump starting is next on my list. Accessory would require a matching male or female port which is not possible under lockdown.

@@ijs_diy yes, but atleast u can share information about it. I mean like, do we need a additional relay for it and what and all we can connect to it. And the most important can we connect fog lamp on that port.

@@shreypaikhot still haven't tried it. Will look into it soon, fog lamp and usb charger can be connected if I am not wrong.

I watched another video and the guy sat the top left was starter relay and top right was main relay. who is right? ill have to look at the wire diagram i guess

Hi sir, the roll over sensor is under the right hand side cover , open it and take out the seat puller latch cable , then u can spot and 5 mm allen bolt vertically mounted . Open that 5mm bolt and take out the roll over sensor the sensor coupler can be easily removed as it is white one under the right side of the seat. I will try to make a video and show . Currently I don't have to motorcycle with me.

Clean the relay first and also clean the contact sockets. Also swapping it would be a good idea If that doesn't work then get the current from rr unit checked and the fuel pump for any malfunction

Check clutch adjustment and correct the play keep 2to4 mm play, still not resolved . Then Side stand sensor or the rollover sensor might be at fault. Peek under the engine and see rhe wire behind sidestand is damaged or lose hard to spat but the sensor wire goes close to rr unit. Roll over sensor when u remove the seat the white coupler on the lef near frame is roll over sensor connector, sensor is located on the side

3ltrs bare minimum is 2.5 ltrs. Calculate tank to tank economy then fill as per that. Try to leave 3ltrs in tank all time.

First for this video do watch rhe other relay video i have made some corrections done. Now your question, ye it make bit more noise with less fuel in tank. Do try to leave 3ltrs always so that the pump remains submerged always and don't run dry. For the noise it is simple when the fuel is more the pump noise is less due to more fuel in tank and it gets louder as the volume of fuel decrease. You can get a scan done at the workshop to clear your mind.

Yes it turns hard on free rotation by hand nothing to worry here, important thing is it should not cause any wired noise. Check and match both side swing arm markings, make sure chain is not too tight keep 20 to 30mm slack, If you have torque wrench then rear axle bolt torque is 70nm/ 7.0kgfm, Lastly check and make sure that disc pads are not stuck clean rear caliper piston and apply some caliper grease on piston and guide pin.

If u are still on the original battery then yes it could be the battery as 3.5 years is a long time. Batteries now days last only around 2 years start by checking the battery and RR unit for changing current. And yes batteries do die suddenly now days. Also clean the relays and fix them back.

Self switch and kill switch checked? Sometimes it is the faulty kill switch Should be covered under warranty as the Motorcycle carry 3 year warranty. Warranty is applicable to second owner too. Ask them for replacement under warranty. Parts are low in supply best bet is to source for re itself write a mail.

Watch the updated relay video on my channel and clean the pump relay for excessive grease. Also get the engine kill switch checked and battery charging current to see if the RR unit is working properly or not. If everything is fine then probably they should try a new fuel pump to see if it works fine or in same manner.

@@akashdonawade4705 only engine can not be the cause. Check the chain slack they might have over tighten it, too tight chain can cause loss in pickup. Other thing is to check the clutch play if it is wrong then again motorcycle can behave sluggish

Battery Indicator the red one must have been coming on and off on its on? Could be a bad throttle body primarily the stepper motor but since the Speedo also malfunction then. Probably the faulty RR unit (regulator rectifier). Get it replaced would probably solve the issue.

Yes the fuel gauge has its own mind sometimes it starts to blink the last bar even with good amount of fuel in it but on the full tank it always shows full. You can try to disconnect the gauge coupler form under the tank and reconnect it it might reset the reading or else take the gauge out and clean it check the spring and fix it back. Fuel gauge coupler is the green on the right underside of tank you can refer to my tank removal video for it. You can also complaint and push your service center for the replacement if the gauge. Mine shows full sometimes even close to 100kms on a highway ride so i always depend on my tankful to tankful calculation. Mostly the gauges on Motorcycle in India are incorrect as the float is only on the one side . In your case since it is showing incorrect reading on full tank means the float or the spring of gauge is not working properly, i haven't taken out the gauge yet but usually it is the spring or gauge pin.

Yes it is safe to use the exhaust. Just don't revv too much at Idle and let it idle for a minute each time u do cold Start. Plus be aware of cops.

Is the clutch play good (not too lose)? If yes then - Seems like side stand sensor fault. Try to disengage the side stand with quick forceful action. Also chek for any damaged wire near the side stand (under engine).

Did they try replacing the plug caps/ht conductor ? Does any of your exhaust have slightly bluish kind for burnt look at the end of the bend? More importantly do u still have oem exhaust or any aftermarket exhaust?

Get your throttle body and injectors and Spark plugs cleaned and also get the fuel pump inspected.

In misssing problem of my interceptor can i ride till service center it is 88 km far?

It could be the excessive grease on the fuel pump relay clean the relay and fix it back or replace it and see if it helps , otherwise it is the charger/ractifier that charges the battery. I looked at that fuel pump relay and I noticed that the relay when unplugged showed an excessive amount of dielectric grease on it. I shall remove the fuel pump relay once more and clean it thourghly . Hopefully that will fix my problem. A few weeks ago I changed out the battery and that new battery did'nt help. @@michaeljoesmith3977 yes clean bit of that grease would definitely help as it did for others. Fuel pump relay is the bottom row right hand(your right). I made some corrections in the next relay video if you haven't already seen it. If you have seen the MIL video then it would be enough to tell you the relay locations. If cleaning doesn't help then try swapping fuel pump relay with Accessory relay. If the problem still persist then push your dealership to replace the ractifier/charger mail to RE if they don't help.

Probably the battery is getting weak, get the charging current checked properly at company workshop. Also clean the starter relay to be on safe side. 2 years is a good life of a battery and at this point batteries gets weak and could not hold charge for long.

Bro i gave the battery for charge. Bike started but after some hours it is again not starting. Headlight and indicators are working perfectly. But the click sound is coming again when i self start. Battery shop is saying the battery is in good condition and charging well. All the relays are tightly fixed. Should i buy the new battery? Please suggest me bro 🙏

@@kittu4822 how much is the surface current and how much it drops at the cranking all depends on this. Get it checked from re workshop , ask them to check the charging current too.

No idea sir never got to replace any. Usually minda relays cost around 150 to 200 each and better quality ones are 450+ each.

Could be a faulty battery or something wrong with RR unit. Get the rr unit inspected. Rr unit if faulty , won't give sufficient charge to battery also your battery indicator might flash while riding. If battery and rr unit is good then clean the excessive grease from starter and fuel pump relays. Also make sure if u have any electrical accessories installed then all the wirings must be in good condition. On this video though do watch the updated relays video which i have made after this one.

When you turn on the ignition all the lights would show up , once you start it only the abs light would remain on and it goes off once the Motorcycle touches 10kmph speed. Now if you are getting the Malfunction indicator while the engine running then it could be a faulty connection of fuel pump relay, if there is battery indicator glowing with Engine running then it could be a faulty ractifier or lose battery connection. Open the left side panel and remove and refix the fuel pump relay (bottom row right one), also chek the battery connections. Now if it is only shutting down when you put it into gear then it could be the side stand sensor which is at fault and needs to be checked. Check the relays and battery connections first and see if that helps. For details bon relay watch the updated video on relay which i have made after this one. Also watch the latest video on the channel where i have cleaned the pump relay.

I did reiterate RE that before delivering the Interceptor that they should check the relays which is basically one of the few problems of this motorbike has. I will change the seat (or put gel) and place a raiser in the handlebar and that will be fine for me. Thanks again, Namaste !
