My second Ironman race for the year has been cancelled, soooo - I need a new focus for the year 

After receiving the news that my second Ironman is cancelled, so In order to keep focus I come up with a cunning plan to do my own competition. Then I try to plan out how a revised training year could look to give me some focus.
