My transition to barefoot minimalist running - week 4
This week I have done 3 barefoot runs with my minimalist Vibramfivefingers, 2 steady state workouts which went well followed by a really strong barfoot run with a faster finish which was my longest barefoot run to date. And then a long slow desert run in my zero drop cross country traininers.
So I achieved my goal of getting some more barefoot miles under my belt and I felt good at the end of the week having done my most barefoot miles in a week to date.
