I started in Black & White photography about 40 years ago. After digital came in, I moved to color. After taking all of your courses, I decided to focus on B&W again, thanks to you! I spent 34 years (1967 to 2000) in my black and white darkroom. Traded in all my film cameras and went digital in 2000. I didn't think it was possible to get the look and feel of B&W with a digital camera, even the flagships that I began to use. You have proven me wrong Serge and finding your tutorials has given me new hope and ambition. Thank you for your love of teaching, and I would be happy to have any of your books.

Hi Serge, I'm learning soo much from your youtube channel and I'm proud to know that I'm not the only Contrast and Clarity junkie when using LR. even though English isn't your 1st language, and some of your words are broken, I understand your tutorials way easier than some of those who English is their mother tongue, Keep up the great work.

I have spent the last 2 months and a good deal of money looking for training videos to boost my skill in post processing with Lightroom and Photoshop. Your video courses are far and away the best. i have learned so much from them. The fact that you take an image and show us how you develop and work it step by step (and what you are going for) works for me. Much better than videos that just go through the various tools, etc. I want to know how to use these programs to improve my RAW images--I don't care to know lots of useless stuff about the programs. So my beret is off to you. And I don't know the state of your give aways but Paris will always be my second home along with San Francisco where I live. So I would go with the Paris book

Loved your samples. I've struggled with ignorance in the digital darkroom, but have been a Lightroom user for a long time. My results have been meager. I'm going to give your presets a try and watch more videos to kickstart things for me. Thank you very much. I'm following you're channel for 9 months now. Learned a lot from you're tutorials. I really like the look of you're cityscapes. Especially in black and white. And because I live in Belgium and Paris is only 300 km from my hometown. I would choose a book about Paris and get inspired by it.

Hello Serge, I would love the Pairs book for myself but also for my wife who loves Pairs. My wife's Uncle who was a ballet dancer many years ago and still live in the city but had come from Ecuador when he was 19 years old to study there. He had traveled all over the world dancing and later became a master teacher. My wife has been to Pair four times in her life and has toured the city with her Uncle and love the city and its great arts.

I would love to have your new York book but honestly I wouldn't mind the Paris one either. thank you for always taking the time to educate everyone.

Finalement j'étais assistant photographe au Studio Quai de la Loire ou j'ai passée 3 merveilleux années. Your tutorial on improving composition not only made me look at framing but the way you retouched the shots of the Eiffel Tower framed in the arch and the amazing cast iron bridge made me review and change my Lightroom workflow.
