I totally get this; I was bullied relentlessly as a child; and I cannot stand when as an adult people say "that happened years ago, you should get over it" or "it's part of growing up." No, this is something you carry with you for the rest of your life.

My son was bullied for the first two years of high school. Never ending bullying. He was the smallest in the year and nothing was resolved even when we went up to the school countless times. We moved cities and he started a new school in Year 9. Totally new experience. He has friends and has confidence. He is now in his final year of school and is one of the tallest in his year. So glad we got him out.

everyone calls her names like tart, slapper etc, just cuz she does glamour modelling....i couldn't care less what she does with her body or what she wears. you can tell she is a nice person, full of compassion.

Jodie is such a nice and down to earth person, she should get more love from the British public.

Thanks Jodie and all those that participated in this video. I was bullied in school verbally and physically and it truly leaves deep unseen scars within, that remain with you for the rest of your life. We all get through it, but it never goes away. The world needs to be more kind and show more compassion towards one-another. Bullying is epidemic, but there is a cure for it. Love.

my dad died when i was 13, i didnt have a mum, my bully said HA HA YOUR DADS DEAD im 40 now, still angry, if i ever see shes dead, iv gone from a fat girl to a black belt weapon's teacher, times have changed

Anti bullying should be the No1 main focus in all schools, I’d love to go round schools helping young kids handle the bullying as I have plenty of experience my self..

People who bully they are the ones with the problem and have there own insecurities. You should always treat people the same as you would like to be treated yourself .

"Just ignore it" does not work, I don't understand what schools think that achieves? It's proven time and time again it does not work.

I was friends with two most popular lads in school then we fell out. They then took it upon themselves to turn the whole year against me. They were to scared to take me on alone so they used other people. I was frequently tripped over and kicked by a large gang. I didn’t like fighting because I suffered from panic attacks from a violent home life too. I always remember being terrified everywhere I went it was horrible and that’s my childhood. The frequent humiliation of various situations broke me as I am quite a proud person. I was extremely depressed and wasn’t diagnosed until my twenties. My personality changed and my mental state. I started drinking and taking drugs to cope but made things worse. 20 years later I am still haunted by the memories and think I have ptsd. I still take drugs and anti-depressants and wish it would go away.

Great doco. So sad about the 15 year old boy, my heart goes out to his parents & family 😢Teen years are the hardest.

Being bullied is so destructive!

They are lucky. My brother and I were bullied at school all day then physically abused and didn't get enough to eat when we went home. Jodie you are lucky you were brought up in a lovely family with love and support. I am 50 and still haven't had the love of a mother.

Bullies are abusers and should be treated as such

Many people who bully others are demon possessed but this is the spiritual background and many are don’t aware of it whatsoever. I was bullied all my life. I forgave them now and have peace and Jesus in my heart. Most of them doesn’t even know what are they doing… Blessings ❤️

I got called names at secondary school. Glad to be away from secondary school these days. I am a different person to what I was back then over 20 years ago. I also find it difficult to fit in these days.

From 7:55 to 8:55 I can TOTALLY relate to. I, too, was bullied due to I like to run (and ran on the high school track and cross-country teams). I can hear those same comments Ms. Marsh is saying in that time frame as if they are coming from my mouth....

Jodie seems like a kind and sincere person.

My twin brother was bullied from primary school until he ended his life at 35. He had speech problems & we had a very bad home life. I HATE BULLYING seeing what my twin brother went through. It still affects me what my twin brother went through. He is at peace now. Miss him & hurts so bad knowing what he went through in his 35 years of life. 🤍🦋💫

Most of school looking back was just a waste of time looking back. I think it goes on too long you can only learn so much. Pupils should have the option to leave school earlier in my opinion and possibly start working your only young once.
