I am one of the guys who used to wash taxes , I made code 14 license now I've go a permanent job as a truckdriver, now my dream is to be a truck owner,God is wonderful 👏
Thank you baba. I was studying at UJ and my mother had a container at a taxi rank which was paying for my tuition fees...and when they were soccer games at Kings Park Soccer stadium now known as Moses Mabhida, we used to sell food there...I'm now involved in the food industry on a bigger scale and I'm about to build my mother a house...imali yaseRank yakhiqiz indoda!
Thank you very much Baba Musa for incoraging me I am a lady on my early 30s working as a nanny earning 5500 early this year I had a dream to sell fat cook next to the tax rank the mistake I made was to share it with my family they discourage me hee it won't work blaaa blaaa watching your video I will definitely continue with my dream . Thank you Baba Mseleku.
@@lettygrace2823 lesson Steve Harvey always says, dont share your dream with small minded people. Just because they don't think that they can do it, they will convince you that you also can't. Keep your big dreams between you and God.
This guy is very wise.. I'm instantly inspired. I once saw a guy tinting car windows for R250 each. I tried to estimate how much he makes a month. In a normal month, he was easily making R40K, tax free. So long as you are an employee, you'll never smell millions untill you retire.
I like how he highlighted the fact that he started saving money before venting into business because most of us are relying on borrowing capital which makes it hard to recover after the failure of the business
This is true story,i remember my dad who passed away now.he lived in uMzumbe everytm when we passed by Mr ,Mseleku's house while i admire the house.he use to tell me story about babu Mseleku how he suffer from helping his mom so sick.and hw he work hard to be where he is nw.nw i me n husband have a small business in town for sewing i pray that one day our dream will cum true of becoming better people. Thank u Mr Mseleku i wil use ur advice and prosper one day God bless u and ur family.
Baba Mseleku!!!! You humbled us today...siyabonga. My one wish is that one day you become that financial institution ( black bank ). We bank with someone who will give us loans for business not for cars, coupled with the fine advice you gave us here.
I'm 23 and after graduating I had realised that getting to where I wanted to be financially I'd have to drift away from the norm and start making decisions which are less driven by what people think, this video has just confirmed and rather solidified my drive..... Thanks
When I first heard about cryptocurrency I was not interested because my mindset was what changes will it bring to the world but when I began to carry out some deep research of what it is about I was more than interested because the opportunities it presents is very wide and can equally make someone wealthy. I read several posts and equally got to know about trading and some exchanges that I can equally get this done. I started to buy some bitcoin in early 2018 because the market outburst in December 2017 was more than enough for me to have a belief that yes cryptocurrency is here to stay. I decided to carry out some trading without proper knowledge of how to trade or what trading about and also I lack proper knowledge of how the market trends go because I was thinking that there will always be an upward trend in the market. I invested in some coin that eventually ran out of the market in 2018 it didn't work out the way I thought it will be, I was so sad i wanted to give up on bitcoin I stop trading for some months because of the fear of loss, I came across a youtube video May this year where I saw some individuals showering praises on this trader Davis Lingard, so I contacted him his trading signals are really accurate unlike any signals I ever have seen, he ask me some few questions at first making sure if I was making profit not losing, I put confident on him I bet you his signals are unlike others, he helped me generate my 1BTC into 5BTC in two weeks and three days I was so amazing because I was tired of constant losing of my coins here is his contact via WhatsApp: +1 (323) 391‑4702 for inquiries and other insights into trading
Thank you for sharing. Many people think millions come dressed is suits and high heels. Millions do get made in overalls and boots. It’s the vision that counts and drive you have to reach your goal
Wow we need people like you who are able to share strategies, methods of making money. What a presentation thank you very much. Whoever is watching this may God bless you.
Uqinisile babMseleku ngakhuliswa umama she had a caravan in a taxi rank and wayeyenza imali and she was good at it. We went to good school ngaleyomali. We used to help in holidays or Saturdays. Know that u have opened my eyes I think I might reconsider reopening my mom kitchen I have experience in this field
Wow Mr Mseleku thank you, I actually started the same business it was in a bad spot, I was not breaking even, I ended up closing it last year December. I ran this business for the whole year and things were not really working with new plans and strategies. I thought I done with food business, after this I am revisiting the idea again.
I've been wanting to sell food. My sister and I tried 2010 but then we panicked because it wasn't going the way we wanted, then had to sell the trailer. There's a gap here in EL too there are things that they are not selling that we would love to sell. Thank you for sharing your story. I am inspired nd motivated.
This is one of the best videos I've seen. Black child, watch and learn from what is being said by Bab'Mseleku. I fully understand what he is saying as I'm one of those who made their mistakes after making money. I didn't invest my money wisely and I lost it all. To you young people, there are plenty opportunities out there but we have the stigma of "abantu bazothini" and that's how we lose out on money. Yes education is vital but educate yourself on the right things or ways.
Unfortunately I’n this generation a person who can’t speak English is not taken seriously look at Musa he made money but can still speak English eloquently which made it easy for him to engage with high profile people.
@@primrosecassy2424 high profile people they don’t really care about one speaks queen of England English . Cabanga as long as you bring business. I know because I’m in England . Some they don’t even know how to write their own English and guess what no one cares in England nobody call one illiterate or broken English I’m taking about white people the ones you worship their language
I honestly applaud the discipline you had to reinvest in yourself and your businesses instead of blowing your profits. I also love how you demonstrated the potential that black businesses have if they follow the right steps. This was really informative. Thank you!!!
"after losing my savings.I did not lose the drive,I did not lose focus that I wanted to be rich" by Musa Mseleku Thanks bhuti u inspiring.I worked as a security at 22,I had 40k plus when I was almost 24yrs.I worked whole month back then, take 1 day off so I can wash my uniform.I spent it all in college never got a job!! After this lockdown I'm back stronger than EVER 🤞.I will do any job!! Willing to work longest hours, expand my means, get knowledge bout money as I'm doing.Wear 2 Levis jeans,1 safety boot,1sneaker,1slip slops in a year like I did before. #I learnt my lesson FINANCIAL Education is important
inspiring story Sixolile. thanks dade wethu. I will definitely take your advice. Also i dont think u lost your money when you saved for college. That was an investment dont beat yourself too much about it. Gaining knowledge isnt a waste of time. Am sure that knowledge will b helpful one day.
Siswami, me and you are soldiers of the same struggle, i worked as a security for three years while paying my Varsity Tuition by myself, through 2015 to 2018 I worked nightshifts and went for lectures during the day I would sleep like 3 or 2 hours a day, plus 30-40 minutes while commuting to work and back on a train or rea vaya bus. I graduated in 2018 and got an internship in 2019, today i am working full time as a Software Engineer, working from home during COVID and a lot of people look at me and think i am lucky, no bull** i am but i also had to work super hard to get to where i am today. Keep at it sisi kuzolunga.
Going to school opens your mind and thats where you start planning things wisely .If I was not educated I wouldnt be even here on RU-vid listening to you.
Thank you so much Mr Mseleku.I went back to school 3 years ago, I persued IT ,this is after i worked 11 years in the beauty industry. Now I'm a 36 yrs old and i know the only experience i have is beauty which i still do on the side,I have no experience for my IT qualification and over 35.I realised that I'm a really good cook.Infact everytime I give my family food I think about how much money I could have made with the same plates.🤔.This is very helpful
Prisca2blessed Xoli don’t let the age get to you... have you looked out for IT learneeships or internships. I know some people who are IT engineers and specialist for banks and other companies and they started with learnerships and internships ended being hired permanently by those companies. Sometimes you have to start at the bottom to get to the top. Stay safe, stay blessed.
I really admire you Baba Mseleku. The words you use are so affirming, wealth as opposed to being rich. You are affirming that investment and wealth go together.
This is very very true! I have been running my own business for the last 5 years creating and selling artworks (Paintings and drawings) however I was using the money I would make for day to day things. I am employed now and for the last 3 month my business is making more money because I do not rely on it to eat or buy clothing.
You an amazing narrator Sir, Honest businessman, This content has a potential to unlock other people who aspire to change their story, financial story in particular. Thank you Mseleku.
Township/black economy is more powerful than we think. If we allowed money to rotate among us we would go far. Having our own bank that is owned by us, that understands our people would be an advantage as well.
Bab'mseleku i personally thank you for sharing your secrets to make millions... I'm also a chef and about to start cooking food for offices and other institutions... It's been a dream of mine for a very long time and so glad that I'm about to venture into the business more, I will certainly remember and keep the advices you have shared in the clip.... God bless
Bro you mad, he is Zulu English isn't his first language why you sleeping on brain do you think speaking fluent English can make you successfully although if you shallow minded
Interesting 🤔, you basically made money ngendlela abantu abayithathela phansi. I wasted so much money when I started working, I bought things that I could have lived without just because ngikhule ngingakwazi ukuzithola. We need financial education as black people.
@@rossi2225 I had a similar experience to yours. My investment in forex trading saved me from financial burdens after losing my job. Forex trading is very profitable when you have a good Forex Expert.
I love how detailed , Inspiring and Educative this video is. It's REAL. @Danny Forex trading is very profitable. When you have a professional forex trader who is good at what he does, your profits can increase by more than 100%. My investment in the forex market earned me the house of my dreams.
The problem with me and most of others is pride sir, but today I have learnt from you to be courage and able to take risks. Thank you for opening my eyes.
Thanks Mr Mseleku for not fambling around how you made your first million like every south african youtuber I had watched. Thére is a lesson that one will reap from this content.Siyabonga
Siyabonga Ubaba Mseleku. You made me understand the importance of thinking from the first principles. That is to think out of the box. As an aspiring entrepreneur, I would apply your formula.
for u to get there u have to own the resource or have a working relationship with people who have the resource, the cheapest mangoes are in the rural areas it's best u go there to stock because theres an over supply, u can go to Nkomazi in Mpumalanga we have too many trees and a full bakkie will probably cost u atmost a R 1000.00 but if u go home to home it will be much cheaper cheaper. cheers!!!
Sis wami people don't see what you seeing in future because they don't have the vision. You can even become a supplier and major player supplying restuarant and people
Thank you Mr Mseleku for advising me on how to spend and to save money. You are not jealousy to open our eyes and mind on how to make money. Thank you God bless you many times
Babu Mseleku, I'm emotional as i am watching this video because the drive you had as a young man is relevent to me, the projects that i wanted to start have been on a stand still because i want support or business partners, when in actual fact ngingazenzela i just don't have the courage. Baba uvuselele amaphupho ami ngiyabonga, I'm currently a student but ngizobuya and give you an update, 2021 i will be turning 26, i would have established my business and well on my way to being a millionaire, we will meet one day!
Wow, such simplicity. He didn't try to find something that was far from him. Something that needed hours and hours of seminars and webinars. Something simple and rarely seen as a multimillion rand business
Too often we look at formal business and corporate that we forget that there is money in our own back yards with our own people. This has been very detailed and not some generic thing statement like "You have to be determined, work hard and long hours and really want it." this sheds a simple example that is always overlooked and gives you direction in your thought process when looking to invest.
Bhuti wami you’re quite an inspiration to African culture and traditions. As a pedi man I am so super proud to have learned so much about my identity through the two tv shows that have showered our screens lately. Keep it up mfo wa ka Mseleku. I would really like to meet you in person one day.
Thank you so much BABA for sharing this, it so encouraging, motivating. I learn a lesson "Life will nor us down but we can choose whether or not to get get up" I will be so pleased if you can continue motivating/ encouraging people to GETUP.
Enkosi for this video tata. I am taking away from this that "don't chase money ,solve problem" . Cause you looked what was lacking ,how can you be different which attracted more people to come to your place. I will come back to this video with proof of what I learned tonight
Knowing numbers is vital, It's like you were with me when I was saying: "Many business people have made a million many times but they don't know because they don't record."Thanks for Sharing!
So brother basically we must get educated. Work and save alot of money so we can have enough capital to venture into business . Lot of people saying education is overrated in the comments but that’s basically how you were able to build capital from being employed
Simple , easy to understand. Someone once said # if you can't explain it simple enough then you don't know it well enough. You Mseleku know your story you just explained it simple enough # Thank you
I have never come across someone who would share financial wisdom for the benefit of the people without ending by requesting some form of compensation. This is the first video. Good hearted people like you are very scares. Thank you for this wisdom and I will also share it with people around me. One question; while operating your restaurant, did you quit your job at the municipality?
Whenever I watch videos like this, they are often people of a different colour so when I see and understand what a person is saying and is of the same colour as me... It's gives me more motivation! Thank you Sir.
Sad that we leave the easier ways of making money to go to fancy schools or careers for nothing. Actually not for nothing, for enslavement ☹☹☹☹. Re rata di advice tsa makgoa n di a re latlha bathong ahhh 😭. Foward with se Afrika! ✊🏾
I am subscribing to your channel Mr Mseleku. We need more of a content like this from you because you don't beat around the bush. You use simple English to explain important issues which is what I admire about you. Thank you. Ke ya leboha haholo
You're talking a lot of sense. Pride will really block the way to success. Most of the things you were talking about i have seen it by my eyes. There is a barber who do haircuts under the tree. I always go there to make my hair for R20. That place its full on weekends with professional in the corporate world cutting hair under a tree. There is no rental charges.
Thank u baba I'm very inspired🙏 I live next to schools and taxi rank and there's no restaurant in my area this is something I can do together with my mom may God bless u abundantly 🙏
Syabonga baba🙌I'm only an 18 year old student at UCT but have started saving and trying out ways of making money inspired by my mum osikhulise nge tuck shop ukhuluma iqiniso elimsulwa syabonga kakhulu the world needs people like you abazosikhulisa ngokweqiniso in terms of understanding money and making good use of it 🙏mina engisakufundile njengoba ngsandokungena kwi business industry is that uma uyifuna into usubhekile wa reseach ngayo ungapholisi maseko just do it before uze ube discouraged by your mind ithi ay uzobona late there's still time ugcine ususebenzisa the little you've saved kwenye into. Mina ke as a kid I'm glad ukuth my mum understands where I'm headed because she's a born hustler but other people banokungithatha kancane just because ngimncane . But that has helped me discover something about myself ukuthi I really don't like it when people say I'm a kid at 18 cz ngvele ngbone engath ngimncane ngsenza my first year euniversity and I could spend my monthly allowances anyhow cz vele ngzosebenza kahle if ngiqeda and stuff. But ke ksiza ukuytshela youth there's no early or later stage of making money. If kukhona abantu abanjengo baba uMseleku who made their first million erank then why are you scared of putting that business idea you have in mind into action ? People need to understand that money is everywhere you just have to swallow your pride and do your thing. And if doesn't work it's fine, try again . Failure is part of life . I always say that my biggest regrets in life would be knowing that I didn't try out something that I believed in. Imali isezandleni zakho you just have to cash it up ngenqondo yakho.
Wow thank you so much Mr Mseleku. I've started selling since this lockdown started and after listening to this inspiring information I'll never look back. God bless you. 🙏🤝🙌
Bab'Mseleku, Thank you so much for your informative talk, indeed lack of Financial education plays a huge role in our struggle, but with people like you we're inspired. Thank you god bless.
This is powerful and siyabonga baba, truly inspired and the value that these small businesses have its on another level and pity they dont see this... ✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
I am so impressed by how humble you are, by sharing your history. South Africa needs more men like you. I give you a standing ovation. UYINDODA EMADODENI.
Thanks Baba that's what we want to hear you just went straight to the point. Other people they will tell you how many hours they sleep instead of talking about what you want to hear.
I'm so motivated. I am a young social work graduate, since last year I have been struggling to get a job and have felt down. After listening to this I will persue my dream of being an entrepreneur.

Iyoh it really inspirational to hear someone from the South Coast share their story on the road to riches. And the fact that he mentioned so many places I am familiar with, makes it feel like it really is possible.
He has inspired me to work more harder on my financial understanding /management. With this simple definitines purpose I'm certainly going to make that R150m in 2030. Very wind opening and encouraging wise words Mr Mseleku.
Thank you for sharing Bab' Mseleku, I'm turning 21 next month and I'm trying to figure out how to make money. I'll try look for a gap in the market as well as humble myself to see opportunities the way you have.
Mr Mseleku u are a God sent motivational speaker, I listened to lot of people who always beating into the bush running away from the truth🙋♂️ plz go for a live TV show.
Wow I have watched soo many motivational videos across the whole Internet, no one has ever said it as easy as you Mr Mseleku 🙌🙌I'm very empowered after watching that wow. Easy straight to the point nothing vague
Thanks for the encouraging words... nothing buids a self testimony coz it's real and easy to relate to... stay blessed. Keep advising us... we need it.
Hawu baba Mseleku thank you very much. I'm so inspired. I'm in the States and about to come bk to SA. I'll have to have a reasonable capital in my account and I know when I come bk its hustling time. I dont wanna start any business that side while I'm here because that will force me to rely my business on someone else which is very dangerous, but I'm definitely making moves if I dont I'll never be happy with myself after watching this vedio I'm extremely and amazingly inspired.
