I currently have a plot in a rural area. 500m away from it, the government is building a hospital and police station and I've been very slow acting to developing the plot because I have been eyeing the urban centres to buy land and get financing from the bank to develop them. This video has greatly changed how to look at my property development. First thing to do would be to work with what I have. Start rural and grow to urban. This video is very profound Mr Mseleku.
