MY SELF CARE ROUTINE 🌻a slow morning to reset my life | Kritika Goel 

Hey everyone! I ended up taking the last week or so off from posting on social media and just doing other work (started working on this huge personal project that I'm very excited about - will share more about it soon) and just indulging in some self care. Feel so much better mentally :) How have you all been doing? ❤️

This was such an inspiring video! i personally feel that self care is very important for us to grow as people. My favourite self care activity is playing some very calming songs, light a scented candle and taking a long shower. Also I totally relate to the hair washing part, it's SO TRUE XD You're such an inspiration, honestly. I look forward to spreading as much love and positivity as you do in life.
