Because so many RU-vid videos helped me through my surgery recovery, I wanted to make one of my own to talk about my experience and possibly help the next person in their journey.
As a reminder, this channel is here for friendly and informative engagement - usually based around machine embroidery but sometimes spilling over into my personal life, because I am a human with a real life aside from my website and RU-vid. Abusive, threatening, hateful, or vulgar comments on any of our videos are reported as such and are deleted without engagement or fanfare.
Clearly a surgery is a decision with risks. Clearly one should consult a medical professional before choosing. Clearly I am not a doctor and clearly this video is not medical advice. This is my experience with my decision and not an invitation for debate.
If you think it's acceptable to curse at and/or chastise a stranger for a decision she made with a medical professional for her body, I need you to reevaluate your life really quickly. If you need to argue, call names, or otherwise be a horrible human being to keep yourself busy, please upload your own video and go to town. I have neither the time nor the desire to babysit adults in a RU-vid comments section, so comments are disabled. I'm sorry that a few really awful people ruined it for anyone who wanted to engage in legitimate discussion.
TL;DR: Stop making the internet terrible for others.
