Without fail, you always make me smile. After experiencing a life crisis at the age of 63 and finding myself living alone, unsolicited I was offered a job to be a teacher’s assistant and I discovered I love teaching 2nd and 3rd graders. It gives me joy and purpose to make a difference in these precious children’s lives. Now I’m taking a college course to get my certification 4 yrs later. Your joy is infectious.☺️❤️

*Island living speaks to those with a calm spirit, I feel very much productive and my creativity flows living in the Caribbean. I always found it hard to focus in cities because everyone is soo busy, and I guess thats because I grew up on island living. The slow place lifestyle, knowing most everyone, seeing the beauty thats surrounds you, and just be. I had to move away for a bit and experience cities and small towns to learn that island living is the one for me.* 😊💕🌺

totally! Don't push yourself. Flow with the movement that feels most joyful and fun for you! My form of exercise changes month to month, week to week, day to day but as long as there is movement that makes me excited and joyful, that's what matters :)

Actually there are pumpkin patches in France! My daughter and grandchildren who live near Paris spend a lovely time in one every autumn :) The colours are gorgeous, the scenery magical, they enjoy the fresh air and can buy some before leaving. There are not as many as in the US of course but you can find them with a little research. They usually belong to farms open to the public, where we can buy a wide variety of wonderful, fresh seasonal produce. Since they can be found in France, there must be some in the rest of Europe too. Here in Greece there are lots of local pumpkins at the streetmarkets throughout autumn so there are pumpkin patches here as well.

Corsica looks so beautiful Helena! I love the slow life and beautiful nature. I too live near the sea 🌊 and it's so relaxing, even just to take 10 minutes to walk a long, hearing the waves 🌊 love it! x 😊

Ohhh! You are so lucky you can go swimming in the ocean! I live in Bay Area and miss the warm ocean so much! Thankful for the pool though… a great idea to try different jobs before committing to a career. So many of us spend years studying only to discover that our chosen career doesn’t suit us. Your joy is infectious ✨

So true, the best meals are experimental! yes, I am also in love with the sea! my house in England it's near the sea, so I'll get to see it every day during this winter! I am pretty excited about that really! The sea in England it's pretty sad, but that's fine, makes it more romantic! Yes, to ladybugs :) Awesome footage you captured Helena! Loved it! xx
