My Smart Bedside Lamp - Tree Of Light 

I've had this lamp for 2 years now and regret my purchase. The charging pad keeps the phone at a constant battery percentage but doesn't charge it any further, and often times lets the phone die on the pad even though it's technically charging. The phone has to be placed in a very specific spot and particular angle for charging to start too. The bluetooth connector links my phone up randomly without telling it to, and with the loudest beep imaginable. The bluetooth light blinks constantly, and the whole lamp just feels cheaply constructed. The top portion doesn't hang parallel to the charging base, and bends down enough to notice it. The materials and overall looks are great, it just feels like they didn't pay attention to the details. The audio quality is surprisingly good, not a ton of tinny ringing at high volumes. I'm a little biased against it because I've been late to work twice now after setting an alarm, setting the phone on the charger, watching the "phone charging" confirmation pop up, and the phone mysteriously dying overnight with the rest of the lamp working fine. Just aggravating

Why do you have to request BT connection again if you have been using the product for a few weeks? Does it not remember? Tia

Can you turn the lamp Bluetooth off and on ? From the lamp so Bluetooth waves are not on 24/7 ?
