To be honest, Noah has been bringing us daily content for so long, and now he's been doing it by himself and he is really good at it. His workout routines have been motivating me. It is fascinating to see a young kid I used to watch daily for years become who he is now. I remember when he was so young...! I never used to understand why people would say "OMG you've grown so big, I remember you when you were a little kid!" It's like "Yeah I've grown, we all do." Until I moved into a neighborhood with mostly kids and I see them grow up and go through stages of life... now my response is the same as my old neighbors from when I went from 8 to 16.

You’ve always seemed like you’d be surprisingly strong for your size. Even way back in the day when you weren’t focused on working out, you always kept good calves and forearms. Good grappling/mma build. I’m 5’10, and a thicker build, I never see any results past like a bulky look, never cut.

Awesome to see! I hit the gym for the first time at 23 for about 4 months straight now! Started with my dad and still going!!

Doing rear delts more often at the beginning of my workouts has done wonders for my posture and really helped lift my upper chest/round out my shoulders. Shrugs focusing on flexing my upper chest too. Almost like a reverse dip. Great accessory movements I neglected at the beginning of my fitness journey. Working those small muscle groups go a long way

The Atwood's have been bringing me continuous content for many years of my life. As a 30 year old, almost 31, Roman is still my role model.

Man I grew up with Noah on the vlogs, and I started the gym at the same time as him too. Really feels like we all grew up with Noah.

Hey Roman! I want to give a little tip on the leg raises. When your knees are bent like you had them, you're using your hip flexors a lot which takes away from targeting those abs. Straight leg lifts are going to benefit you way more. Keep it up!
