Hi Aishu...😍Happppy women's day to uuu, the succesful hardworker !!!! Ur story is really motivational...What you are trying to convey is exactly the truth...financial independence is something really "proud- to- be- experience" thing for a woman... that confidence is really something great to ourself... Today's video is very very nice, motivational and proud to watch...luv you Aishu😍...and loved ur determination too...tc
Thank you so much Aishu.... Really inspiring me. Actually I am going through a tough situation and this video give a lot of happiness and inspiration. I also got a job recently after 1 year's constant trying. Currently I am going through the same situation that you confronted at your initial stages. Actually I was thinking to give up at the moment when I started to see your video. Thank you so much. Now I'll also try to get out of my comfort zone.
Happy Women's Day Aishu ❤️ Your story is really motivational ... Thank you very much for your advice dear... I will surely implement in my life as well 😍
Wonderful video, Aishu. I could relate to each and every point that you said from the start for the fact I believe most immigrants like us. Also, the pride that I felt when I finally got a job was exactly what I saw in the second half of this video. More power to you!
I can relate to your emotion because I have went through this same phase in ma life as well. But the difference is that my story happend in India itself. My field is also into management so it was so hard to get a job in Mumbai for me without knowing Hindi. I spend only around 8 months but it felt like 8 years to me. Because after my MBA I did a 4 months internship and later I got married and came to Mumbai, so due to covid I had a career gap of 5 months before marriage and after marriage 8 months(total 1.3yrs). Being a rank holder in MBA and seeing all your friends grabbing good opportunities, I felt happy and disappointed. I thought I was a failure and will end up as a housewife which was a nightmare for me. And my husband stood with me throughout and he is really very a good human🥰. Finally after 8 months of continuous effort I got placed in a good startup and currently am the HR of their 2 branches. And after which I realized that financial independence or a job is really an essential part of my happiness. Literally I spend the initial days of marriage by crying and thinking about my unfortunate fate😁 thanks to my husband for not leaving me😰. Believe in yourself guys.
Great video! I would like to add one more point. It is not a wrong decision to move from your background. Many of us have been forced by our parents to chose some career. In my case, my father just wanted me to pursue a career in medicine and become a doctor. I did that. It was not my interest. I am interested in buisness and real estate and that's what I am doing now.Do what you love or it will be suffocating.
Thank s for sharing Truly inspirational After my delivery l quit my job and 10 years later l again started working abroad. Believe in your self and God and those who support you in your hard times and surely you will achieve your goal

As a student this video made me think more about financial independence … ❤️everyone has a struggle story … nd I always believe that hard work pays off .. it may take days, months or years but as you said it is not impossible to get a job 💯if you are ready to work hard for it … the thing is we should give our best ✨
Hi Aishu, Firstly, happy women's day! Secondly, congratulations on your one year work anniversary! Your story is truly motivational! I can totally relate to you as I had a very similar experience when I migrated to the States after my marriage. I used to submit over 50 applications on a daily basis only to get rejected by each of them. I felt so desperate and helpless but was not willing to give up. After almost two years, I got an opportunity that was completely out of my comfort zone. I didn't think twice but accepted the offer. Needless to say, it was so challenging that I had traverse through paths completely new to me. Contrary to my nature, I didn't give up but pushed harder and hustled. Fast forward, after having lived in this country for over a decade and being a hustler to this day, I am so proud of where I stand today at a professional and personal front. I wish you all the success and happiness to you and all the women who are paving their paths to success on a daily basis.
U have vishnu to support u at dat stage but I was not having anyone at dat point I was dealing with my own emotion and facing all the problems alone finally I got it

ഭാരമേറിയ പണികൾ അവർക്കേ ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുകയുള്ളു എന്നുള്ള mindset ആണ് ..even this is too happening in our Indian ruling system, always men become chief minister or prime minister..

Thanks Aishu for sharing very important message to everyone. You are 100% correct that independence in life is very important. That too financial independence. How society expects a man to be financial strong, same way even we women has to be. Requesting parents not to stop educating your daughters and getting them married in early ages. Let them study what they want and get a job and get well settled in life.

Greetings from Bahrain! Huge Respect to you and thanks for sharing this video. Had similiar experiences...May it get across to more that need the motivation.
Good job Tani! Something that is close to my heart these days -"Unless you ask, the answer is always going to be No." So kudos to you for asking that person for a trainee position and being so transparent! That was a bold move which got you this position! 💯
Going through this phase. Going to be 2 years. And things are getting darker only. But still I believe 2024 is going to be my year. "The darkest hour of the night comes just before dawn"
Thanks Aishu for sharing your experience with us. I can totally relate to the part of acquiring extremely desired job yet unable to do it properly even the basic things and not possible to quit since that's your hard earned job.I have gone through that and let me tell that's the worst thing one can face..As time passes we would be able to overcome all those hurdles and can settle in.. I thought I am the only one who had traumatic initial days of work..A job is not just to earn money, but something that can push yourself to the limits and beyond. There might be days which you feel down but the joy of mastering the most difficult task's can really boost to ur confidence to another level.
