Man. The Yakuza games are the reason I got into Mahjong (Your guide actually made it playable for me). I still don't understand what I'm doing mostly but I love watching these videos. Even if I don't get what you mean half the time when talking about plays and state of the board or whatever :D

13:23 Rinshan Kaihou cannot be combined with Haitei Rayoue as I understand things. You can't call Kan on the last tile you draw because you need a tile to move to the dead wall after declaring Kan, so Haitei Rayoue can't happen when you draw a Rinshan tile cause a Rinshan tile is not the "last tile in the wall"... Unless of course, Mahjong Soul ignores that

this is how it works in mahjong soul i had a round where i called kan with one tile left in the wall and then tsumo'd, but i correctly only received rinshan and not haitei even though there were no tiles left in the wall
