Fun fact: The Holy Mackerel is also a direct upgrade from stock, because having it equipped increases your Funny stat by +50, and a further +20 for every hit you land. It's rare to see a melee outclass the Pan or the Objector in the Funny meta, so the Mackerel stands out a lot for that very reason.

Personally I think the reserve shooter on pyro should be replaced with a pyro-exclusive shotgun. That way every shotgun class can have a special shotgun just for themselves.

2:04 I did the math(s) and the winger does in fact have a lower dps than stock but not by much. Here's the dps at base damage (No ramp-up or fall-off) I also threw in the pocket pistol for good measure: Stock: 90 dps (6 shots * 15dmg) Winger: 85 dps (5 shots * 17 dmg) Pocket Pistol: 105 dps (7 shots * 15 dmg) Even though the winger has only 5 dps less than stock by the time its fired those shots you have to reload but with stock you can shoot for another second before having to reload. Also the pocket pistol has higher dps than stock.

I'm actually going to have a little bit of a hot take on the Classic: It's the only properly balanced sniper rifle Sniper has. It only seems underpowered due to how ludicrously strong his other primaries are. It actually forces him to pick and choose what his targets are, his stated purpose, and since it can't headshot until it's fully charged it makes each shot of his feels more important and it pretty much removes flickshot BS as a tactic or at least really makes it harder to pull off. Maybe it's just me, it could very well be, but I've never seen a bot use the Classic either so that says something. Just my two cents. I hope you keep making videos man, I really enjoy them!

Everyone underestimates the quick fix. Not dying is a supper valuable tool. Sure it does not have the game changing bursts of stock, or the kritz, but it is balanced out by giving your team a small increasing advantage throughout the game through keeping your entire team healthier than the enemy team, if they don't have someone running the quick fix. And with how quickly the quick fix builds uber, you can pop it when ever something goes the other teams way.

In defense of the Shanshaha... If you're taking it out you're already injured more often then not...plus it's great for surprising demoknights. It's my personal favorite for sniper.

quick fix is most definitely not the weakest medigun. Maybe for competitive but in casual it is god tier. If you can keep more teammates alive than the enemy its hard to loose. Also the uber allos your whole team to tank a push and continue pushing after they run out with your superior healing. I love the thing give it more credit plz!

Long wall-of-text list of changes I’d like to see Valve try: *1. Manmelter and Third Degree* Swap their functionality. Have the Manmelter damage and ignite all enemies connected by a healing beam. Have the Third Degree gain critical hits by extinguishing allies. *2. Pomson 6000* Remove the uber and cloak reduction. Bring back player penetration. Increase projectile speed. Increase clip size to 6. *3. Short Circuit* . . . actually, nvm. My idea changed as I was writing it, and it got insanely complicated. *4. Wrangler* Remove spherical damage-reducing shield. Add a fully impenetrable (to damage, but not players) shield that is projected in front of the sentry. Shield is the surface of a spherical cap θ = 45°, radius about 100Hu. Though impenetrable, the shield only blocks fire from where the sentry is aiming, allowing fire from multiple directions to damage the sentry. Enemies can also walk right through the shield. *5. Southern Hospitality* Remove bleed effect and fire vulnerability. Reduce damage to players by 33%. Upon any owned building receiving damage, wearer receives a melee-only crit boost and +35% to movement speed - both for five seconds. Timer resets to 5s as buildings continue to be damaged. *6. Vita-Saw (or new weapon)* This is basically the Eyelander but for Medic. Each melee hit collects an organ. Each organ increases base HP (+15) and movement speed (+5%). Effect maxes at 5 organs. -25 starting max HP. Cannot collect a second organ from the same enemy until they fully heal or respawn. Shares head-stealing mechanic with Eyelander, Bazaar Bargain, and Air Strike. *7. Solemn Vow* Passive item. Medigun target can see health of enemies under reticule. Wearer can see outline and health of all teammates in FoV. -100% syringe gun damage. *8. Razorback* Remove overheal penalty. Make shield non-visible. Cancels one critical melee attack (backstabs, market gardens, charging demoknights, etc.) while scoped. Attacker is stunned for 5 seconds (similar to humiliation). Shield recharges after 30s or visiting a supply cabinet.

I started using the Hitman's heatmaker when I wanted to stop body shooting, now that I'm a bit more compitend I just grew to like the thing

You're underestimating the Quickiebomb Launcher. The -15 damage penalty is nothing to doubt (hell it can still oneshot light classes right at their face). With a fast ramp up and quick detonation, it can do more than the stickybomb launcher. When I use it, I feel like a scout running around and kill a class with two quickies. That feel when the first one launches the opponent in the air and hitting them with another quickie below them is satasfying.

I will completely support the Battalions. Was having a problem pushing on a map, two or three sentry nests, and my friend was having problems building stock über. Whipped the Battalions out, and with a grouped push we walked in and flattened the nests. The Loch-n-load two shots all level 3 buildings. It is so good against nests. Do *not* sleep on that. While the Solemn Vow is pretty useless in pubs for coordination, it’s really good for battle medic as you can essentially pick a target like spies can. The Red Tape Recorder has a weird use in reducing all level three buildings down to level two. A lot more useful than you’d think. I’m surprised you didn’t go over any reskins in this video, especially the Nostromo Napalmer, the Apoco-Fists, and all non-crossover weapons that are missing stranges… For some reason… Also, I’d like to compliment your usage on High Above the Land. One of the best of the Butt Butt soundtrack.

5:39 That's because its downsides are virtually non-existent unless you're up against a sentry or trying to bully an engineer. It's very hard to oversell the Cow Mangler, and this is coming from someone who primarily uses the Air Strike.

I'd argue the classic is better than you'd think. When given time to train with it that is. Also if it could fire when not on the ground I am positive that would make it high tier. And stock bonesaw is no laughing matter. That faster swing speed has saved my life on more than one occasion.

I use the Machina for the sole purpose of the tracer rounds, since I understand that Sniper is already plenty powerful as is.

I always liked the enforcer because it can do one thing that not many other weapons can - bully engineers who abuse the wrangler. The damage pierce ignores wrangler shields.

I love the hitman's, hell yeah the charge is a gimmick but it can kill a soldier at full health if you fire right after reloading. However, that's still situational. I think the real upside is the firing sound, it's fucking quiet. Flanking sniper for the win
