Alex my buddy, thought you'd retired!! Welcome back!! The drone community is so dull without content creators like you, we all need a time-out occasionally, it's healthy, glad that you've returned!
Is there a heap of difference between the Mini 4 Pro and Mavic 3 Pro when shooting at night? I review flashlights and I'm having a hard time deciding what I should buy. I currently own the Phantom 4 Pro and it cannot film at night in complete darkness, it can't pick up the light properly out of the flashlight and there's so much noise that the footage is unusable. All night footage I can find is with a lot of ambient lighting. With this drone I've just been using it for photos since that's no issue.
Very glad to see you back, Alex. One of my favorite RU-vidrs. Great content, excellent quality, and from what I see a great person. Thank you for your videos, I will always support your work! Cheers!
You forget to mention that this is a sub 250g drone and the best in class ( 3 or 4 pro) which keeps you flying with much less restrictions for pro usage - this is something needed to consider as the mavic 3 pro is way too heavy to keep within the parameters of most regulations so you have to accept the quality loss for the aerial advantage - I use my mini 3 pro to compliment my photography jobs (still only) and the extra hassle now to above 250g just isn't worth the investment for myself to get the actual quality I would like. (used in the UK) I had a mavic 2 pro and much preferred the images, but had to go sub 250g and I am as happy as I could be with the restrictions imposed. -Thanks for the content.
Nice job. Great information. I have a mini 2 and an Air 2 s. Trying to sell both and looking at the Mini 4 to stay under the 250 gr. Point. Thank you again for your video
Too much time telling us about other videos that will answer the question that you raise in this one... Could have just made a bullet point answer and then said you go in to more depth for a full answer in other videos. Now... well I just can't be bothered...
is there a way that I can contact you directly? I am a baseball dad trying to capture my son at short stop for college recruitment video. Hoping you can offer me some guidance!
Welcome back. At last an honest review. I am not a pro and have the mini 3 pro and seeing this video makes me not need to upgrade. Thanks. To many videos out there saying the mini 4 pro is such a great upgrade. The thing can still crash even with its 360 obstacle avoidance. I just fly very carefull and keep VLOS.
thanks! yeah people tend to overrate things when they launch (also mostly to have a kind response from the brand) but i've been way too long on youtube :D
Hello Alex, my name Brother 🙈, I thought I lost your channel out of sight, but I see in this video that you had also a break and to answer your question your video pop sped on my RU-vid home page. Looking forward to see your upcoming videos on the ddi drones, I wondered if I should buy the new mini currently I use the dii air 2 S, I also sold plenty clips from my drone on the stock video marked, I was so blinded by other people on RU-vid that you should film in D log but what it makes with small camera sensors and on the dii air 2 you get a lot of more noise specially at low light, even on a bright summer day I had noise in the shadows, thats pity so I basically had to refilm 12 months. I did a lot of research regarding that and plenty people got the same issue, if you fly a dji air 2 s and you use d log it's not worth it. Hope that helps for other drone operators best regards from northern Norway
Nice video. I have to agree with most everything you said. I managed to get a Mini 4 Pro and I really love it, it's my first DJI drone, and I want to fly it all the time. I'm going to use it to train up to more professional camera drones but I think once I get my part 107 I might be able to do at least some real-estate work with the Mini 4. The collision avoidance is nice, but I still don't trust it. But wow, DJI packed so much into a mini class chassis!
Alex I need a drone to follow me mountain biking would you recommend this? Or is follow me on Mini 3 pro just as good (without the extra sensors)? I expect the Mini 2 SE does not do follow me. Thanks!
oh, I'm very glad that you're back, let's wait for new videos) (only d-log M can be converted to rec 709 in davinci resolve via the node "color space transform" ett more professionally)
Great video I have been on the fence about what drone to get. Maybe you could do one in the capabilities of the rc2 remote? Like its HDMI out and streaming capabilities. Thanks for the content
What Filters did you use? Can you do the difference between D-Cinelike and D-Log M and which of them is better in taking cinematic ambiance? And can you make a review difference of mini 3 pro and mini 4 pro?
@@WeTalkUAV yes bro lots of beautiful place here in Philippines...I'm in Iloilo City western Visayas...and its not so very strict here to fly drones in here... especially iloilo
@@WeTalkUAV You came off very negative, that's all. I don't have any use for the Mini 4 Pro or Active Track in general. However, DJI generally makes decent devices overall in my opinion. They are typically head and shoulders better than the competition.
Thanks for the video. I had been considering upgrading from the mini 3 pro to the mini 4 pro, but I think I'll stay with the 3 as it's good enough for what I want or need. You have some really nice scenery there, where is it, if I may ask?
