I for one, absolutely do not believe Trump set it up himself. That is completely absurd. I am not a conspiracy theorist at all. I am like Danno and very much prefer to wait for the facts. However, yesterday,as I was watching and listening to the different news sources when they were replaying it over and over as well as knowing secret service was there, I really can't help but feel like this was allowed to happen in some way.

I’m about 1/2 an hr from Butler & was going to go to this rally but am helping with a huge graduation party. But many of my family members were there & if none of you got blood shed on you yesterday & weren’t there & didn’t witness what happened please stop making a fool out of yourself. It was real, there was no acting. It was horrific & people died yesterday. If your hatred for Trump is so bad that you have to run your mouth & not pray for everyone involved then you need prayer/help. Interview with red haired man that stated he was on a hill next to the fair ground the rally was held, he stated he saw the shooter, tried desperately to tell police & secret service agents stated he was pointing to the man on the roof for several minutes BEFORE shots fired!. Yes, I also saw this interview. The report was specific. Read online that the reporter is named Gary O' Donoghue from the BBC News. Someone mentioned the reporter is blind and that is why he didn't turn towards the roof when the interviewee referenced it.

I was at work and a customer walked in and said something about the incident. I didn't think anything of it until I got home and put the TV on . The US economy going down hill and fast Around my area houses for sale are popping up fast people cannot afford to keep their homes. Mortgage and house taxes are too much along with other expenses. But a lot of these houses are half a million dollars.

There has been additional footage released that shows that the person on the rooftop was a secret service sniper, not the shooter. That explains why the police did not respond when people pointed out the rooftop gunman. Stay calm, America. 💖

These Politicians have had a wake up call and so have we. How do you protect yourself in a large crowd? It does not matter what party you are voting for..no one cares when something like this happens. The future of protecting yourself in a crowd needs to be reviewed.

People that know about things like this say that secret service acted pretty slow on getting Trump out, my thoughts are that Trump is pretty old and they had to take a little more care to make sure they didn't hurt him moving to quickly, and they probably did a couple of questions like "where are you hurt?" before moving him.

My husband was looking on his phone about 6 PM last night, and said "OH(EXPLETIVE)!" I'm not a huge fan of DT, but all the same, I don't want him deleted. I'd rather we do things fair and square and vote his orange self out of office! TBH I was more hoping nobody in the audience got hurt or deleted, and was sad to find out that one person was lost to us, and another was badly hurt. I feel worst for everyone in our Nation. Hi Dan you ask our opinions on what our feelings were about what happened at the rally ! First off it was upsetting that this happened I’m glad Trump is ok with only a bloody ear and not something worse , I prayed right away for his snd everyone’s safety , only to find Trump is ok but a supporter was killed and two were critically injured !! I was happy President Biden immediately spoke to the nation and stated that this should never happen in America and he doesn’t support violence in anyway ! He called Trump to check on him and offer his sadness of the incident ! I thought this showed the compassion and morals of the man in President Biden ! It also made me think of how Trump reacted to the attack on pelosi’s husband where he was beaten with a hammer in his home by a trump supporter while looking for Pelosi herself and that attack causing severe brain injuries for which he was in the hospital a long time and is still having problems physically ! Trumps reaction was to make fun of the attack many times ,( just as he has made fun of the handicapped reporter during his first election rally and still does ) never showing any compassion or calling Pelosi to express his sadness or concern over what had happened ! This made me think Trumps reaction in that regard shows his lack of compassion and the morals of him considering his past and his encouraging actions towards violence always encouraging fighting even while walking off stage after the attack ! It made me sad to think of the difference in the two candidates we will be casting our vote for in November ! One has shown himself to be a peace loving compassionate man with high morals ! The other showing a violent nature ( even fist pumping and saying fight 3,times while walking to the car after the incident the last one as he turns before getting in the car) lack of compassion , and lack of morals ( based on his past which we’ve all had laid out during his last trial and before that as well ) ! And now the news is reporting that the republicans are blaming Biden and the democrats for Trumps attack yesterday , that is just crazy talk and will just lead to more violence in our country which is uncalled for ! The person who shot at trump is dead and it is reported he was a Republican and had been a trump supporter so something made him change his mind , I hope they find out what it was !! And I pray we can all find some peace and stop the anger and violence, it’s the last thing we need in our country !! Biden, Pelosi, Obama, Clinton and Jeffries and other government Democrats. have all come out calling for peace and expressing concern and prayers for Trump and all those at the rally and for our country ! I know this is long but it is my opinion and thoughts ! Where were the drones hovering above? How did that roof top NOT have a cop or SS on it watching the crowd and to prevent anyone from climbing to the roof. It's sad. The head of secret service is the same person that denied Kennedy secret service. Trump asked for additional secret service and was also denied by the head of secret service. I would bet she gets fired or replaced and put on leave. This all smells fishy. Condolences to the gentleman's family that died from being at the wrong place at the wrong time. 2 people were critically injured. Pray for their recovery. This assassination attempt... Trump moved his head at the right time and had his ear clipped instead of the bullet entering his temple. He has a guardian angel. The hatred is unacceptable.
