Today I talked about my thoughts on the Wandrd Rogue 3L & 6L and why I think that they're the best slings on the market. Wandrd 6L - www.wandrd.com... Wandrd 3L- www.wandrd.com...
Nice to see a well lighted video. There seems to be a trend for sophisticated lighting in too dark rooms where one has a hard time to see the article reviewed... and where the RU-vidr himself is always graciously bathing in the most pleasing light.
Those Slings are looking very "Sexy" I love the look of these slings. My cons are that there are only one zipper. Why there are no 2 zippers in case you carry it the other way or you just want/prefer to open it the other way. Maybe next time V2
Nice! But when it got to 9:15 and the laptop was initially in the incorrect orientation (sticking out), I was like "hell naw" haha 😂 That did not look safe at all. But then he flipped it sideways and it fit perfectly. 👍🏻 I just received mine today and love it. The 6L size is just perfect. I hope the rubber feeling material holds up well over time.
Quick Q… What size iPad do you have? Looks like a 12.9” ??? Is there ZERO chance it’ll fit in the back of the 3L ? What are the chances an 11” iPad would fit in the 3L ??
Great. This is what i need. I searched for nice, modern bag and i found that is best. Now i saw this review and need exactly this 2 bags. What about 9L compare to 6?
Thank you so much for this review 👏 I just made the decision to buy the 6L after realizing the 3L wasn’t going to fit my DSLR with a lens. The decision was made on the main compartment space alone BUT I WAS NOT AWARE OF ALL THE EXTRA features!!! Thank you for explaining everything and for actually throwing the iPad in for perspective!
I have the 9L in black, it's the easily best sling I've had (comparing to Peak Design, and Nomatic's McKinnon 8L). It's primary job is carrying my Z8 & 70-200 2.8 - not a small setup, but the 9L handles it with room to spare. It's not a pain to carry, and ironically it's the largest sling I've had. Super design and very comfortable all around. I'm looking at the 3L for my Zf & 26 2.8 (pancake lens). It should fit well. I'm not sure about a 50 1.8 though. I hear a lot people saying the 3L is tight. I suppose I could order the 3L & 6L and send one back. I'm apprehensive because I'll probably want to keep both 😆 * Does your R6II with a small lens fit in the 3L?
Hello, been looking for this bag since i got my ROG ally, I am stoked about the design of this bag, wondering if the 3L sling can carry my ROG ally with my x100f?
That 3L is tiny… the peak design 3L has a lot more room for a camera. Don’t get me wrong I love Wandrd but that 3L is crazy small. I actually use the Evergoods Mountain Hip Pack for my minimal camera edc
You got that right! I got the 3L (VERY KINDLY) as a Christmas gift, and holy smokes, I can about only fit my TINY little Fuji X-E4 with the pancake 27mm lens (and square lens hood). But my A7IV wouldn’t even come close to fitting in there!
I use 3L for Filters and additional stuff, or for my small compact Camera. The 9L for my Main Camera. The Peak Design I also have, but it's so ugly and uncomfortable. The Wandrd sit well in the Body, especially when I'm filming. + I like the look
Hey there, what a great showcase comparing the two. I was looking for a video on the 3L and chose this one, but you convinced me to get the 6L! I got one question, at around 7:45 you show the inside. I can see that it's split into 3 compartments. Do you know if it's possible to remove them individually? So basically, to make it into 2 instead of 3 compartments? I ask cause I wonder if I can fit my Canon AE-1P body with 50mm lens + another 70-210mm lens. I reckon if it's possible to remove 1 of the sides, it should just about fit, but I dunno.
Been looking at these for a year now. Holding on the trigger. I currently have a peak design 9l which is great but huge (i look like I have a regular backpack). These wandrd slings look awesome and sturdy… but the 6l already looks bigger than what I look for. Unfortunately the 3l is just slightly too narrow for my a6700. That sucks. If only they made a 4l. 😅 Good video. Thanks for sharing.
Yea I can agree the 9L in any bag is basically a backpack lol with that being said you can stand your camera vertical in the 3L, I just don’t bc there’s extra room for my fuji
Been considering the 3l for my sony a6699 mirrorless camera and one lens. Great review still on the fence. I too thought it would be really bulky. Also agree with you on peak design I think they bags are ugly LOL
I am ready to push the button on the 6L model, but one thing that really bugs me is that in your vid you put the bag over your shoulder severat times and each time the broad shoulder pad sits on your chest with the thin strap on the shouilder!!! This does not look right or comortable and if this is how it sits then it is a deal breaker for me
Just came across your video cus I'm looking for a sling/bag. What a superb review,I really like these two bags. I have the Osmo Action 4, Osmo Pocket 3 and a HoverAirX1,so was thinking I only need the small sling. Do you think I'd get away with stowing these in the smaller bag?? Just subscribed by the way👍🤘
dude thanks for the watch and sub ! Personally the 3L might be a tab bit small for the HoverAir.. I would recommend the 6L . That would also end up giving you a bit more space in the long run as well
almost did but didn’t think it was entirely necessary with the amount I showed. FF camera with 3 lenses and an iPad Pro lol has a great amount of storage
