CAMEMBERT PULL APART BREAD
1 large loaf of sourdough or other cob loaf
200g camembert (small to medium sized wheel)
40g maple syrup
40g butter
40g walnuts
30g olive oil
2 cloves of chopped garlic
2-3 sprigs of rosemary, cut into thirds
CRANBERRY PECAN BAKED BRIE
1 large wheel brie cheese (approx 200g)
1 tablespoons brown sugar
For the cranberry pecan topping
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp maple syrup
30g unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon all spice
Zest of 1/2 orange
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup dried cranberries
BAKED BRIE IN PUFF PASTRY
1 sheet puff pastry
180g wheel brie cheese
1 heaped tablespoon apricot jam
1/4 cup roughly chopped apricots
1 sprig rosemary
egg wash + honey
