In my opinion, Pip and Emma can’t return because in the RWS, Gordon was retired from the express and Pip and Emma took his place. Gordon is an “exciting” character to Mattel so they can’t replace him.

I think that Jinty and Pug are the most interesting Thomas characters because I remember seeing them in the Roblox game Blue Train With Friends and that they live in the sheds with The Flying Scotsman, The Big City Engine and City of Truro at Vicarstown station. I want them to appear in the TV series because of those reasons.

The one that definitely shouldn't be televisionized is Alfred the B12 he would turn Thomas and friends from G to PG or PG-13.

I don't know about you, but personally I like it when characters get introduced even if they were only used one time. Because 1) I like it when numbers get high, 2) I get this weird enjoyment out of listing things (then again I'm a writer what do you expect) and 3) In general my favorite thing ever is variety, so I love the variety in characters. (PK Variety! Hopefully somebody gets that reference or I'm going to feel very old)

Ok Trevor I do have to clarify one thing when you mention the works diesel because fun fact Derek was suppose to appear in the Season 16 Episode Bust my Buffers Derek was suppose to be in that episode but he was mistaken for Paxton in the script.

My honest thoughts on each spot on the top: 10: I mean... I kinda agree on that, just to not oversaturate the show, like... They could work but i can't think of a way honestly 9: The problem with old stuck up is that his story and him overall... In my Thomas series smudger is an American locomotive like Stanley but painted black and with the number two and get this I was originally going to call him smudgeley but then I decided to go with just smudger because that name sounded a bit childish

For my series, jinty and Pug qould work as shunter at either vicarstown or barrow. For their characters, jinty would have a neutral personality as he is friendly to tank engines, but hates tender and diesel engines. Pug would be friendly to all engines, but would also be miserable as he would constantly be having to hold jinty back to stop him from ripping diesels and tender engines wheel from wheel.

Kana doesn’t count Season 25 is literally gonna be a new Thomas Canon. Therefore none of the events of Seasons 1-24 will be mentioned or have happened. So that means Season 25 is Non-Canon and every character plot and settings don’t exist in the Original Thomas universe

I think Pip and Emma should be replaced by CGI versions of Farona and Frederico from Race for the Sodor Cup, because I want to see more realistic redesigns for these two.

While I respect your opinion about Pip and Emma, I honestly wished they would've brought them into the tv show, not to replace Gordon, but just to help. I'd be fine with using D261 (Thedore in my fandom) in place of D199 (Francis). I also would've liked to have seen Genti (Justin) and Pug (Paul) arrive in the special letter because they would've shown realistic examples of BR Steam Engines and having other engines on the island take over the duties of the 8 Famous Engines still left gaps in the roster. As for Stanely, I'm fine with Smudger permanently replacing him as Mid-Sodor 2, through there were many questions left after he was turned into that generator and never heard from again. I also agree that certain Culdee Fell engines shouldn't be televised. Also, I honestly feel they should've televised Fred because he didn't get the coverage in the books he should have. They could've brought Ivo Hugh, just with a different number. Finally, I agree about not having the characters in Annuals and Magazine stories appear, as many of them tend to wander away from what I consider canon in the Railway Series Universe.

My Thomas and Friends story of smudger goes like this it happened one sir Handel and Peter Sam were called Stuart and falcon there were four other engines Atlas Jim Tim and Jerry a new engine known as smudger arrived he was reckless and he kept coming off the rails no one would buy him the manager did not want to scrap smudger but at the same time he did not want to keep him as an engine so he decided to turn him into a generator smudger remained there until one day a man with some Dynamite came to the back of the shed where smudger was the dynamite was lit the man put the dynomite at the back of the shed and left but little did he know what he was going to be responsible for the next day Duke came back with a passenger train when all the sudden smudger exploded paramedics were called to put out the fire Duke was in shock when he saw the remains of smudger there was nothing the paramedics could do for smudger the remains of smudger were cut up for scrap and the man who put the dynomite at the back of the shed was arrested for murder of an engine some people say that late at night smudgers ghost haunts the small railway so in my version of the story of smudger smudger did get scrapped like his railway series counterpart

I personally don't want Ivo Hugh in the TV series either, I prefer Freddie aka "Fearless" Freddie more because he has a personality unlike Ivo Hugh.

Stanley was never scrapped, he was moved to the old Mines as a pumping engine then failed, him being scrapped was never mentioned
