Very cool list! Skeletal Remains are one of the best newer death metal bands in my opinion. Those Whom the Gods Detest might be my favourite Nile album. Some more modern death metal albums I personally enjoy: Cattle Decapitation - Death Atlas Dying Fetus - Reign Supreme Hideous Divinity - Cobra Verde Hate Eternal - Upon Desolate Sands (their best album to date in my opinion) Creeping Death - Wretched Illusions Great video Steve!

Thank you! I almost put a Cattle Decapitation album on here but it was released in 2004. I have that Dying Fetus and it is a badass album. I should of made a top 40, still have a ton of bands to show. Thank you for watching!

Some Killer fucking Pick's right here! Worm was my Number 1 in 2021! Graceless was my Number 1 in 2022! They are Dutch! Carnation are from Belgium! So many great Death Metal out there! Thanks man! Yea, my eyes are getting worse! But the death metal remains beast. I always wondered where Graceless is from, absolute masterpiece of an album. Carnation, I thought I could here some kind of German accent in his vocals, should of looked it up haha, but I knew it was in that region. Thank you for watching this!

Some greats in here Steve!! Vader, Gavanizer, Gorephilia, Abysmal Dawn are banging, Dead Congregation, Cerebral Rot are killer Morbus Chron were killer, shame they split up. Skeletal Re.ains are great, definitey get the new one!! That Nile is the only one I need on wax, it's expensive as fuck. Great stuff man!!

I see you had some fun doing this! That´s the way it´s supposed to be, huh? "Killing On Adrenalin" is still my fave Dying Fetus album. We played some shows with them in 1998 and I drove them around in a camper on that tour as a "tour manager" with Deranged and Defaced Creation (now Aeon)...

Had a blast drinking the brew and showing and talking about death metal, my favorite music. That would have been awesome to play a show with them! Killing on Adrenaline is a badass album, I need to pick that one up. I have their demo's, a couple of EP's and 3 full lengths.. it a work in progress but I will have all their music soon.

Def on board with bands like Morbus Chron, Dead Congregation and Gorephilia, still love Nile too, the latest single is sick. Some favs of the modern era for me would be Ulcerate, Artificial Brain, Wormed, Nithing, Anal Stabwound, Chaotian, Cruciamentum, Afterbirth…..man it’s a great time to be a death metal fan, so much great shit from past to present

Awesome list of modern Death Metal albums Steve! I'm familiar with the bands, but not the albums. I have heard things from Skeletal Remains and Vader, but not those albums. I have heard that Ingested album and it's great! All these bands I have on my list to check out, and I will do at some point. Great video man! 😊🤘🏻🤘🏻

@stevesekora You're welcome mate! Yeah man, it's really hard to keep up with all these bands. Especially the fact I've entered the extreme Metal and underground scene pretty late, it's difficult to catch up. That's cool though, it'll give me a decent starting point with each band. Yeah, the Ingested is very good, kinda leans into Deathcore a touch. But I enjoyed it when I heard it 😁🤘🏻
