In this video, I'm sharing my top 3 holy grail dividend stocks. We'll look at one that I currently own (it's actually one of the largest positions in my dividend portfolio), another one that's eluded me for years (I can't wait to buy this dividend stock), and a newcomer holy grail dividend stock with great potential. In my opinion, these are some of the most perfect dividend stocks, and I'd love to someday own all of them!

A stock you may want to put on your list to investigate is CTAS. It’s a SP500 aristocrat stock with very nice increasing dividends.

I looked at your 3 stocks and calculated the geometric average with dividends reinvested for each stock starting at the beginning of each year 2009, 2010, etc. and ending in 2023 for 15 years. I then compared these 15 data points to an index (SPY). For almost all years (13 of 15) they all outperformed the index. You picked some very good stocks. Where all the underperformance occurred was in the last 5 years but the returns were still great.

For me it’s V, PH, and KR. Own all three. V and PH have free cash flow payout ratios in the 20’s. Kroger is a little higher at 40 % but still solid. These will be dividend growth machines for my portfolio

My top 3 are Visa (wich is my biggest position) British american tabacco (second biggest) and then Proctor and gamble third biggest, i think these represent my grower, my high income stock and my stable inbetween thats how i kinda think about it.

I think I own all oh my holy grail stocks. Some sold off because they sucked, like T. The ones I don’t, are FOMO stocks; most of the mag 7. 😢. EssilorLuxoticca I’ve wanted for a long time. My greatest holy grail stock is probably Rolls-Royce. 4x!

Regarding VISA what happens to it if borrowers default in a recession?

If a borrower were to default, it wouldn’t impact Visa since they are not a card issuer. The card and the corresponding line of credit is issued by the borrower’s bank, so they’d be the one it would impact. Visa is just the payment network that transfers the funds in a transaction.

I think you missed the point. If the economy runs into recession, customers buy less so Visa process less transacions. They can take a hit but remember, its a multinational company, if they loose on the US market, they make up somewhere else. Im very bullish on this company. In a longer run, they always come out on top.

@@rynewilliams Yes, these 2 stocks are the corner stones of my portfolio, MSFT (15%) and V (15%). At current prices I'm not adding to MSFT, still adding some more V whenever it dips below the 260 mark.
