Massy, your exercises and pertaining to my core is phenomenal. With having spinal surgeries, I really need to have an exercise to assist me to strengthen my core again. I find as hard to sit or drive without having back issues and I feel as though I’m leaning forward when I walk so massy Thank you. In this day and time we don’t even get the proper physical therapy that we need they figure you’re supposed to strengthen or not even strengthen just pay for certain certain amount of physical therapy, but you’re not really working the core back to what you used to have before scalpel touched your skin, I enjoy working with you. Thank you.❤
Thank you so much. You’re amazing 🤩 I’m learning a lot from you. I’m 60 and I need to be able to move well and be and strong for my grandson 😅😂😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you Massy as a person who works out at home I really appreciate you. I have a curve in my back and trying to work abs from the floor is a challenge because my back doesn't lay flat unless my legs are raised. Can you give some excersises to help work my abs effectively please.
I have been very discouraged recently due to my thyroid issues, however after finding your workout Massy, I have regained some motivation and inspiration to not give up despite difficult challenges of a thyroid condition. Before it just seemed like all my efforts and hard work at the gym and at home left me empty with no results. So thank you for what you do! Could you educate us with another aerobic and anaerobic workout or some more arm movements. Thanks you

Oh Massy you are phenomenal and I have been Subscribed for years, I hope you have some exercises for women in menopause, I have been in a mental health journey, and this thing started taking over my body. I was pretty in shape working out eating as healthy as possible, but in the last couple years weight just keeps coming, it's so depressing even though I still work out, I've tried to keep it up but I cannot get these pounds to at least decrease, help😢❤😳😘
Oh thank you so much for you continued support, I would recommend doing my elevate 1 program. It’s great for beginners and build the foundation you need to progress without pain and see results. Hi Massi, thank you for this video and all your others. Being doing many of them since Covid. It tests one’s strength level, which what I want to achieve. Do you have any strength exercises for women in their 40’s who suffer from PCOS and adenomyosis please? Wanting to stay strong from the bleeding. I am not sure what could help. Thanks and appreciated:)
I am most interested in how You used that bar. I often wish for a push up rack. Pushups against a wall are a bit light, doing them on my knees, never feels good, I need to practice lowering and raising that straight plank ( and my arms somehow feel too long ...), I miss the wooden benches we used to do a lot of practice with ... but often I wish for a steady bar I could lower 10 cm (or 5cm) at a time until I am doing my pushups on the floor, without hitting my head on a wall or anything. Congratulations on Your back "filets", they look lovely for practice on the back without a mat! I have dragon spines instead, even got a nice "necklace" of bruises when tumbling at times, and crunches can be so uncomfortable!
For your push-ups, do them on a chair if doing them on the floor on your knees is uncomfortable. Keep your feet on the floor and your hands on the chair and do pushups like that until you feel comfortable enough to take it to the ground. It's harder than against the wall but easier than on the floor on your knees.
For example if I were to do this at the park, I’d do it grabbing underneath a railing for the inverted row. There are attachments for at home workouts that would serve as a “stopper” and you can attach the bands to a door and close it and if it’s at the top you can do the row. Even seated rows if you attach at bottom.

Thanks so much for the informative way you explain exercises. Your but a babe and have so much knowledge. Look forward to learning more from you. I’m 64 years young and have been working out 🏋🏾♀️ since I was in 20s. Mobility, flexibility and strength are definitely assets. I’m grateful to a dear friend who invited me to join a new local all women’s gym back in the day. I got hooked and my friend never stepped foot in the gym again. 😂 my drug of choice- working out 🏋🏾♀️. Peace ✌🏽
