Another amazing and inspiring video 🤩 3 weeks Post gastric sleeve myself I call them little wins … So 2 little wins for me this week were….. 1. My bath towel wrapped and tucked around me without falling off 👍🏻 2. I can now cross one leg over the other when I’m sitting down (all lady like 🤣👍🏻)

That gas…..walk walk walk! The moment they let you out of the bed after surgery, start walking. Few steps at a time and slowly build up. Walk, walk, walk. That is what moves that gas out without pain and discomfort.

🤣🤣🤣🤣 I don’t have one month yet, I’m still in my protein diet after surgery but I thought the same thing for a day or two, I was like “did they really take my stomach out, did they take a little portion out and left a big chunk? Is this really working?” But yeah it is, I’ve realized with some foods I couldn’t finish too lol

Oh yeah the sleep improvement has been amazing I now go in right deep sleep and get 8 hours I used to lay awake for hours and end up with 5 hours only, wind is real lol oh and gurgling noises in stomach and throat region!!! Restriction has been instant for me, I'm 4 weeks PO on Monday I can eat half weetabix now lol it still feels so bizarre! Keep up good work John love your videos xx

Well done. I had my gastric sleeve surgery last Friday 16/7/21. Water and slim fast is really hard for me. Why don’t you add sanatogen powder in your food, I haven’t tried it as I’m not at that stage yet. It is meant to be taste less but gives you great protein. I love my protein water. Sipping drinks is no fun when it is really hot. I’m enjoying watching your videos so far.

hows the pain, healing progress as well scaring? im planning on getting this done next year fingers crossed with how they feel. would have been end of this year, have a 6 month program have to take here before can take it but im disabled and have a caretaker so they have a lot of concerns when comes to a surgery like this, so they plan on putting me on a 6 month trial period before put me in the program, i have to loose 25 pounds, eat 1500 cals log my food, and exercise a hour a day. im really looking forwards to being able to finally loose weight much better, its been really hard for me to loose weight since i was a teen, and i was very active as a kid as well and i could never loose the weight sadly. this will be my first ever surgery so obviously theres the anxiety with that as well, all my family is in another state, 14+ hours away so only support i have is my caretaker and my other workers as well, which is another concern they had as well. im hopeful to get the surgery and hope everything goes well for me in the end tho, can only think positively 🥰

Tea tree on it's own is super intense on the skin, it should be used sparingly/diluted. It could make marks worse

Man I miss eating a bacon Swiss cheese burger delux with onion rings coleslaw and a pickle and my big ass soda 😢 I miss those days where I can eat it all. Now I take 1 bite and I’m done.
