Back in June 2018, a bunch of Thomas RU-vidrs and myself invaded Draude's Derailment in Pennsylvania and I filmed some footage while we were there! Enjoy the video and thanks for watching!
I have no commercial connection to Draude's Derailment - this video was simply made for fun.
The song featured in this video is called Slow Times Over Here by Midnight North. It is royalty-free and was found via the RU-vid Audio Library.

This is just insane, here where I live (the Netherlands) TWR is absolutely dead, even Thomas Wood is hard to find. And you find all those old sets new in the store O_O imma just go buy a planeticket brb

I have a Train store near me called the Online Trains store and they have a variety of Thomas Wooden Railway, Bachmann, Hornby and Thomas and Friends DVDs and Magazines

Reboot is an decent show but it will never be what our childhoods had for use even though I was born in the 2000s it’s still an memory we shall never forget *rip Thomas and friends 1945-2021 from an man who wanted an little child to be happy to something that we will never watch…*

What do you think about the improvements to the Thomas Wood lineup with the paint coming back due to Mattel responding to criticism from fans of its predecessor and concerned parents who have children who're angry about the paint being absent when it first came out two years ago?

Painted engines are a step in the right direction, but there are still so many things wrong with Thomas Wood like the shorter tender engines and incompatible track.

This is majestic to watch and even though you didn’t show it off I saw the Sodor gift pack with Henrietta in the vid. I seriously would do anything to go there but still I enjoyed that very much and Ik a store where you can get TWR cheap in like Texas I believe I only remember going there when I was like 14 I believe maybe older I’m not sue but I got a NIB 2008 Sir Handel there and a 2003 Ben

2:02 nice find of those Audiobooks! I some of those as akid, but I lost all the cassettes and dics (has anyone uploaded their audio to RU-vid?) 2:10 and that one whsitle in the old pacakging in front of new packaging ones! (I also had one as a kid) 2:40 next time we display customs at a meetup, we should put them in one of those! 5:23 wow! a Bachmann RF container wagon! I'm surprised most of this stock is 10-20 years old! (wellsworth Station and those audiobooks are probably the oldest)

Wow this was a nostalgia trip. I remember those old episode books that came with cassette tapes. I think people stopped using cassettes before most of your audience was even born. This is like 2 hours from me and I should go there sometime

Dude, you HAVE to come to Skowhegan Maine!! There's a children's store there which have a good lot of wooden Railway stuff for wicked cheap!!! $3.50 an engine, tender or piece of rolling stock, or 3 of them for $9!!! Got a Sodor Railway Repair there the last time I went!! Even got a 1992 Mavis there!!

They had a few Five Car Gift Packs (you can see one behind the Cargo Drop Station at 3:33) and a lot of merch from the mid-2000's! The one item I was happy to grab was a 2012 TOMY Sir Handel. :)

Yes, although this video is 14 months old and from what I've heard, the Thomas section doesn't quite look like this anymore (basically a lot of people have come in and bought up the good items that you see featured here). There are still a few toy, train, and hobby stores out there that have leftover Thomas Wooden Railway items for sale but you need to look far and wide to find them!

As far as I know, they aren't making new episodes of Chuggington right now but I could be wrong. All of that merchandise you see is leftover from Chuggington's heydays of 2010-2012.

According to the Thomas Wooden Railway Wiki, there is a specialty station in Washington, D.C. called Barston's Childs Play. There might be some remaining TWR there!
