I have smart light switches and smart plugs I would say they have been my favourite smart home. It means i can use my favourite bulbs and have complete control. Its got some pretty clever tricks as well

I’ve been interested in smart home products for many years. I started with the lightwave switches and now have all sorts with various smart hubs ( I really need to go through the whole system and replace with more up to date stuff that doesn’t need a hub) Vac wise I love the Dyson 360, for the central heating it is Netatmo and door bell is Ring. One of my favourite items is a water sensor under my fish tank, there was a fault with a filter once that ended up pumping water out of the tank onto the floor, the sensor worked and cut off the power to the filter. I’ve been waiting for the lawn mowers to get a bit smarter but that doesn’t seem to be happening so I’ll probably get one next time there is a sale.

How do the WiFi bulbs work? Do you have to leave the light switch in the on position so power is always there so you can then turn it on and off using Alexa ? Cheers

I’m assume you could set the strip lights to fade into other colours...when transitioning to others colours is it slow and almost imperceptible? No flicker? Also...you don’t worry about a device that could be always listening to you?

Last time I watched one of your videos was when you was training and losing weight. I think iv been away for a minute because you've put some back on bro?🙈 A true friend tells you the truth, we aren't friends but when I put on weight I was told by a mutual friend and it touched a nerve. I hope this message gets you hyped to get back to were you was. Take care and get back on it. All this tech isn't getting you healthier, more lazy without getting up to do stuff around the house.
