Insane man. I started up again after not playing for years and been consuming a lot of maple content. The documentary style is something I super enjoy. Hope to hit 250 with my hyperburn soon
You don't know how much I value this content - this is something I've been searching for ever since I rejoined Maple around 1.5 years ago!! I'm LV260 rn as an NL with only 3k legion and I had such a tough time levelling up recently because I was at crossroads if I should continue with Limina or just do Cernium. I was basically only logging in every day to do my dailies for ez 3% exp and rushing my sac force which is now LV4, around 12 more days before I'm finally at 50 sac Amazing video, thx a lot
Awesome progression dude! I started around the same time and only hit 260 recently myself with 6k legion. Super jealous of your boss fam and arcane drops haha I unfortunately have not been able to get any boxes yet. Looking forward to progress alongside your maple journey!
Hey bro thank you!! Definitely a lot of luck involved in this game but your time will come! We just have to pray to the RNG gods! Hahaha. Keep making those gains!
Great video!! Really cool seeing how you managed your progression in only 8 weeks!! I’m on a solo progression and it’s taking forever but I’m also playing at my own pace, taking lots of breaks in between, hoping to hit my first 250 soon
LF> Delight jr to recruit me xdd amazing prog video, I also started few months ago and havent had the luck of meeting some cool people (met some but, 1/100) but still super excited to see where you end up going with this. keep at it
That's awesome! That's what makes the game exciting and that's going on your own personal progression journey with others! Thanks for the love! Keep going!
I never thought I'd hear "I got this magic eyepatch before my black bean mark..." honestly are you the most lucky person in the game? lmao. Nice video! pretty inspiring to see someone progress so much within such a short timeframe! :)
@@GMSDreamer I went to iced because of a more active guild and more boss parties etc being formed. I was in delight on a 2nd main until recently but haven't been playing the char lately so it got the boot
You like to undermine the fact that you got massive number of carries that 99.9% of players won't have access to, even before the 5% change. The video will be misleading to new players.
I wouldn't go as far as to say I "like" to undermine the fact, but sure. The point of the video was to share my journey and what I did. If sharing my truth is misleading then I don't know what to tell you.
Hi, I started a week before the boss carry changes. And here am I on a 2 month progression lv263 5.5k legion 31k main stat and have full arcane set. It’s still doable even the boss changes apply.
Great video! Would love to see you go through how to boss as a NWer. I'm new to NWer, just made one with New Age to be my new main, previously a PathFinder.
i watched every second of this video i started NA reboot like before 5 months i did 8k legion main 264 and 40k stats and i made 10 bosses mules alll 220 with absos 17 and full reniforced gollux set i preferd it this way casue i already did a progression in EU reboot so i knew what to do and it was really great what i saw really good video ! deserve a like tbh
Big congrats! I think this is a nice video for new players showing how straightforward progression is. It just takes time and friends to make it fun. A small thing was that although you levelled 41-42 classes, (going off your legion), that isn't every class in the game. Your 42 highest are what count towards legion level, that is right, but you're still missing about 8. Just making sure you know there could be a gem you haven't found out about yet. Hitting a 30% fam between 235-260 is insane, let alone your first one. Hitting Arcane Weapon box in 6-8 weeks is also super nice, let alone your first week of LuWill. Huge grats. The couple of double meso/drop lines also blew me away. Hope your Eyepatch hits also. All the best with your future progression!
First off thank you so so much for the comment love it means a lot! Definitely right on the legion aspect, I forgot about only 42 going into legion itself. Let's keep progressing!
love this video!! I been playing off and on since pre BB and never been one to really push a "main" until recently. Always had every character, and just played whatever sounded good in the moment. Finally trying to push into late game, and really enjoyed this. Cool insight, and enjoyed the perspective. Wish I could sink that level of time in, but for now I'm playing as I have time. Slowly trying to build up my equips. I do have a couple questions. Is it Reboot? if not: How did you earn so much meso? and how do you know whats worth spending on, and what to save for? I'm sure all the training led to some good rates, but I am currently 251, and after buying frenzy I only make about 65m an hour. (non-reboot) Any tips for accruing meso?
Hey hey! Thanks for the love and comment! To answer your questions.. - Yes it is GMS Reboot! - Mesos was earned really simply by 3 major things, grinding, bosses, and Ursus. I watched a lot of guides on what to priortize in terms of spending and one of the first things I did was make meso/drop gear at level 230-240, 2L my gear, and get them to 17*. A lot of people spend money just rolling and gambling but I don't spend inefficiently. Just something I told myself! With what I just said above, my biggest advice is saving until events. The only time you should really spend is if there is in-game content you are trying to clear that your gear/equips are holding you back from. In that case it might make sense to try and upgrade. But for the most part you should save for an event because mesos is such an important resource especially in Reboot. You don't want to be spending just to spend. Unless you want to ofc! Everyone is different! That's just how I'm doing it.
I need some guidance on what to focus on, especially with night troupe coming. Main is 251 70% 4k legion Should I work on legion before night troupe and then work on main? Or skip it all together and get main as high as possible? Keep thinking I should push for 6k before working on my main
Hey hey! This is a great question. To be honest, they are both important and this comes down to your time commitments with the night troupe coming in mind. What I mean is you could do both if you have enough time. However, the highest priority will of course be your main and leveling that. The different between 4k - 6k legion will not have a significant difference leveling progression wise and it won't hinder your ability to level up. In my opinion, I would just focus on your main as much as you can because from now until New Age in 6 weeks, everything is basically 2x exp. (As you know exp is cutting cut) Leveling 4k to 6k legion after that will be no problem!
Personally for me I just love the overall progression aspect. I am still very early so I can't really give you end game perspective but the progression for me is super fun! If you want a game that'll keep you coming back to continuously progress and grow your character, this is it.
@@GMSDreamer from what I can gathet from watching videos modern maple reminds me of BDO with its progression and gameplay loop. Or at least the mobbing aspects 🤔
Insane progression, i recently hit 250 and im close to 5k legion, ive been a casual grinder, didn’t want to burn out. If theres one thing im really curious about, its how you gained like 60~ bil on top of everything you’ve already done on your gear so far
Thank you Adam!! Tbh I got lucky on hitting a lot on cubing below average meso cost so I didn't have to spend a whole lot. Besides that I literally just save. I know a lot of people have a habit of cubing/flaming randomly but I don't do that so whatever I get from training for the day, I just dump it into my storage and don't touch it. Do about 350-400m/hr while using WAP!
I can't read. Lol That's a short time frame but yeah I have been playing like 14 years on and off. My highest lvl is 256 and I don't think I plan on trying to getting to 275 any time soon. I'm too much of a filthy casual to grind all day.
How do you do it? Playing only one character Doing things alone without doing Boss Mule to raise money to help the main person. Aren't you tired? But it gave me encouragement. I tried creating a new account in the punch king patch. I think it made the Boss Mule character more difficult than before by having to work together to attack 5% It couldn't let other people carry me.
Yeah the 5% is definitely a lot harder now with any carrying. It honestly just forces you to learn the mechanics more and contribute which to be honest, is what I did when I duo'd with my friend. And yes it is tiring but then again, we still play games when we are tired because we enjoy it. :)
Great question! So there are potions called "Extreme Growth Potion" which level a character that is between level 141 and 199, 1 to 10 levels. If your character is level 140, you won't be able to use it on them. So getting that extra level helps set them up for those "bonks" :) hope that explains!
Would be cool to see your achievements, so we can really see that what you did is actually true, cause all we have rn is your word, and honestly this sounds like a load of bull, but I would like to be proven wrong! Maybe in the next video. :)
Hey! Totally understand and respect that viewpoint. I definitely feel like I could have shown that especially at the beginning to back up my claims. I actually did put my level up achievements in the thumbnail but I can understand it is super hard to see.
lol I was like oh 8 weeks doesn't sound that bad. Then it turns out your a degen like me who can play all day everyday 😂. So I guess for most people 8 weeks = 80 weeks, or close to 2 years. But then they will have introduced new things to grind. And I also realize that max level is 300 and going from 290 to 300 is like 90% of total exp? If I've gotten that right.
Haha to be honest I'm not entirely sure on the math but exp starts to really slow down as you get to certain levels of the time. There isn't a single max level player yet in the game and there won't be until maybe sometime next year.
bro I just hit 260 and i wanna go cern but i can't I literally need 3 hits.. I have 95 bil mesos atm I hope we get star force event in october else my fomo will make me tap everything
