Well that was certainly a fun video to watch. I knew I was in for a ride when you were showing your top 40-50. Amazing cards my friend. I wish more RU-vidrs made these kind of videos. Love seeing the top cards in peoples collections.
Your top 50/100 videos are what has motivated me to have a custom top 50 display case made, and I only collect 50. I appreciate the inspiration bud. :)
That Cap Anson card is a piece of baseball history. Anson was the charter member of the 3,000 hit club. He also was the first player with 2,000 RBI. Monetary value aside ,in comparison to some of your other cards, the Anson card brings out my covetous side. Nice collection sir. What did you pay for the 84 TOPPS Tiffany Mattingly card, as I am also a Mattingly collector. Even Red Sox fans respect Mattingly. The SMR is showing a population report of 51 PSA 10 1984 TOPPS Tiffany Mattingly's. You are the proud owner of one of them. Congrats my friend.
Great items! You have me thinking what on earth I was missing as you hit top 5. Nice additions! And I agree. I don’t think people put into perspective the value of the anson...
I’m new to your channel... I’m glad to someone else showing Gretzky besides me... great looking card , I posted mine on my channel not long ago.., thanks for showing
that is such an amazing collection. I'm not a afficinado like some people I've got to admit. but that the mantle that was horizontal art card looking with the power lines or whatever behind him in the air was one of my favorites.. but then again... you have a lot to choose from!!
sweet collection ! I was a big collector when I was a kid and had a bunch of my high value cards stolen and it still stings till this day !! Im a big mattingly fan too and have a few of his rookie cards
That T206 Young Bare Hand is unbelievable (front wise at least) for a 1, and you follow it up with a very nice Waddell Portrait with a deep blue background! I can't believe how low the '33 Goudey Ruth is on your list, even if it is Top 10. Iconic pose. The Anson is gorgeous. Great stuff!
Great video, spot on with alot things to me personally, like the 56 Topps and 59 as well, as I was always partial to 55, 56 and 59. I did have the rookie Koufax at one time, wish i still had it. Looking at your Mantles, it certainly seemed every card of his looked great, can say the same for Koufax as well, guessing probably just the name of the card did it, LOL. Never owned a t206, considered buying one in the 80's when I was a kid at a huge show, it was a Zach Wheat, problem was Mr mint told me he didn't want to take it out of the case unless I was really serious about buying it, so screw it, Anyway, great video
I like the old ones. They seem more worth the money for some reason than the new shiny ones. Number two is my fave cause of funny mustache and neat art.
Holy $hit Joe!!!!! There was some serious heat in this video!!!!! Congrats on picking up that Trout!!!! Very expensive card but I really really like it in the long run!!!! Excellent collection!!!!!!
Enjoyed your video. A few of your cards made my heart pitter patter. I collect some Mantles but I'm more of an Al Kaline kind of woman. I like the old stuff and I rarely think of a card in terms of what it's worth. I tend to pay whatever I can afford if I like a particular card. I love promo cards so I have a lot of them.
My Paw, told me about some of them!. Seen rest of them on thee, Boob Tube. Awesome very nice cards!. Great video & content. I thank thee for sharing all.. Awesome line up!. Memories R better than, Money!. I tryed to leave & Had 2 Stay!...
Great collection. That is going to be a tough top 10 to crack in future years, but Trout @ #1... I know he's playing great, but #1 on that list? :P Thanks for sharing!
Great cards!! I wouldn't put any card after 1980 in your top 20 - but that is just a personal bias. Love the Anson and King Kelley. And you made me realize that I need a '54 Aaron - so I'm going on a search right now. Thanks again for the video's, always fun to see other peoples collections.
