My wait is over! Retrieving the title to my CNC Motors Ferrari after 554 days

When I set out to buy my dream car on 1/13/2021, I had no idea the 554 day battle I was about to embark on. Not only did the car break on the way home, which now is close to $50,000 worth of damage. I also had to fight for over a year and a half to get the title to it. Today my wait is finally over as I drive 7 hours to retrieve it. Thanks for following my journey!

Thanks for sharing your experience, it’s save me from a lot of trouble, I was looking into getting a Ferrari from CNC but looking at all your troubles I decided to just buy a 2023 Red Corvette Z51 , With a high wing, No drama with Maintenance or maintenance cost for five years. Maybe down the road I might get a Ferrari 458, I think they’re a little better in maintenance. I’m up in Auburn let me know when you guys go for a super car cruise I think I could be invited now! Lol

Man I’m in Florida and I bought a GTR cashier check and shipped to Florida. CNC motors started dicking around about my title, they were playing this Mickey Mouse game of back and forth. I bought this car in Oct. of 2019. When I mentioned lawyer, they sent it in a week. I know your pain, I sent $74k to them and Clay finally sent it. After that people started having big problems with them!

Finally. Did you fund the title with the $30K compensation you got from the Auto Trader or whatever it is called fund? I have followed all your videos and will follow the future ones too. I presume you are in touch with Dan, Ratarossa, Matt, etc to plan the repairs?

If Mac wasn't paid for the title, why did he end up turning it over to you? I missed that part of the conclusion, but I'm guessing he had to have been compensated. I am in a similar situation with Excell Auto Group which is why I'm asking!

We had both signed an an agreement with the CMRVC that he will be getting $61k. Part of that agreement is that the title had to be signed over to me.

Bravo Matt!!! So happy for you. This has been the most insane situation I've seen or been a part of. I want to recommend R2 Motorsport.
