@R S bro I've been eating dal chawal every night for years still not gaining weight....I started eating chapati in lockdown.....chaval khaane se bhi weight gain ni hota hai😭😭
Before lockdown I was 37kgs. I used to eat very little. And everyone asked whether my parents give me food or not. It was so awkward for me to attend family functions. But surprisingly during lockdown I started gaining little by little. And now I am 50kg..And I am happy With my body now❤️ Now my age is 26

DAL CHAWAL IS A COMFORT FOOD VERY TRUE🧿🥺💘❤️ I'm also the same when ever I go to wedding I eat dal chawal, restaurant also I order and at home I also eat dal chawal more than chapati.. everyone be like bahar jakr bhi dal chawal khana hai cuz for them it's a normal thing but for me it's addiction 😭❤️

I don't follow anything, I just eat normal homemade food. • Breakfast:- Poha, Sandwich, Paratha and curd, bread and milk, etc. • Lunch :- Sabzi/Dal with roti and lassi, Rice • Evening snacks:- (Around 4 pm) - Tea with biscuit (Around 6pm) - Puffed rice with Chanachur • Dinner:- Sabzi/Dal with roti • Desert:- Mango or any kind of night fruit Some exercise like playing, cycling, badminton, workout, etc, is also required everyday... I usually play in the evening after tea time. BTW, I'm in class 8. Hope it helps. ❤️
Ok so I'm also patli and I don't like ghar ka khana I mean daal chawal 💀and I'm only 35kg 🤣and my age is 17 lol 😐that's y sometimes I feel so weak bt then also I don't eat ghar ka khana ...im thinking after I go to college then I'll start doing this and that to gain weight now I don't want to lol 💀🤌 and always I get pyaaraa pyaaraa compliments from the people that kitni patli hai kuch khati waati nhi hai kya and blah blah blah 🥴

If u think u have more fats in ur body thn only lose weight otherwise u will end up losing ur muscle which is not good .... Having more weight is not bad may be u have good amount of muscle and have good bone density so make sure all these things before losing weight
