I am 2 weeks away from completing the Dig Deeper Challenge!!!!!!
I can't believe it. It has been a long journey, but worth it.
This week I found myself doubting what I had accomplished for the past weeks. I almost let my negative thinking get on my way of completing a TOUGH WORKOUT this week, but I conquered it.
I will share with you guys, how I accomplished that this week in hope it will help you conquer any fears you may have when you feel challenged.
IF I CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU!!!! WE GOT THIS.
I did not come this far to fail.
I am starting Phase 4 next week. It is all about the focus and mental strength moving forward.
